some lady said her husband is in construction and she is calling everyone from a phone book I told her that we are on the DNC list and said what does that mean to me.

Found out from the FCC that you can file a complaint on this number and have them investigate it.

They have called me many times as well saying they are "Superior Construction" as well.  Asking if I need "home improvement" services and asking for me by name.  I have tried to get the phone company to track the number but they said they cannot due to "privacy concerns".  

When I ask for their number, they hang up.  I feel they are phishing to see if people are home at the residence or the people listed on title actually live in the property.  I will keep digging until I find these guys and then I will sue the sh*t out of them.

I am also looking into filing a FCC complaint against the caller, listing the caller I.D. and call transaction history I downloaded from my phone provider.  Doubt it will help, but worth a try.

Man called and asked for a family member by first name. When I asked to take a message, he hung up. This number has called us many times. We are on the Do Not Call Registry.

They claimed to be calling about my home mortgage on Victoria Place which I don not own or even live on that street. I said I don't know what you are talking about and he told me to stop lying.

Called claiming to be "Superior Construction"  The guy used my first name.  I wanted to get their phone number and the guy said "We have many phone numbers, I'm trying to get the type of project and then our verification department will contact you".  I told him I just want to get a little more info about the company and he tells me that he's got other phone lines ringing so he's in a hurry... He called me!!!  So, I asked again and in a very snide way he said, sorry, he can't help me... BYYYYEEEEEE.
