I suspect they are the scammer builder in Orange County that used the other numbers beginning with 1

They are always using different names (Advanced Remodeling, Modern Builders, Apex Home Remodeling, California Custom Remodeling) along with occasionally trying to sell solar systems. All of these calls seem to be coming from the same originator.

Caller ID says California Call.

Just like the post above, they hang up after you answer.
