are this bugger being paid for annoying someones phone?  Even though you dont answer them but still you will be allerted to look on your caller id and stop on what you are presently doing....such annoying on your busy day.

Got a call from this number 4:00 PST 7/11/12 on my cell phone- didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. I don't want to waste my minutes on a nuisance call.

3pm mountain time June 20. Call and hangup twice

Just got a call...4:17 Eastern.  Wanted to rent my timeshare.  Poor quality call.  Guy said his name was Thomas.  Said he was with a company that "represented" people who want to rent timeshares, but he would no identify his company.  Said he got my number from public records.  As soon as he said that, I told him I was on the do not coaal list and I was reporting him ... he hung up!

This is a scammer.

I received this call today at 11:30 AM PST (on a work day!) and I did not recognize this number. I called back using *67 and reached a VM message that said "OCCD is not available please leave a message". I am 100% +positive that this is a Time Share Reseller, per Ernesto (above).

Repeated calls week after week

I have been receiving calls from this number and finally answered it.
I was certain that it would be a Time Share Reseller for I am certain I dealt with this number before.
Sure enough, same # as in the past but a different company name.
Marie identified herself calling from www.optimalownercare.com believe a company called ORBIT OR
ORBITZ. knowing she was calling Canada, London, Ont. phone she gave a 888-684-7191 ex.220 for her return contact info.  Marie insisted that they could rent my weeks allotment with Wyndham & RCI.

That they were on the up and up, members of BBB and did not want fees up front.
Basically have heard it all before and their is no doubt in my mind that they simply operate under different names but same number. do not have any more time to spend on this but BEWARE!

Same thing, what is it all about?  They call 2-3 times a week at all times of the day and there is no one there, call lasts for 45 seconds then disconnects.  If it does go to voice mail as noted by someone else, no message, and I get the same message when I call back.

I have received 5 calls from this number on my cell phone in the last two months.  I didn't answer the first 4 times as I did not recognize the number.  No message was ever left.  Just received the 5th call a few minutes ago, so decided to answer without saying anything.  It was completely silent on the other end.  Call was terminated after 16 seconds.  I'm not worried about it, it's just a pain in the butt...

A man called me from this number at 5:50 pm.  He asked to speak to Kristin.  I said he had the wrong number then asked what company he was calling from.  His response was "If this is the wrong number that what does it matter what company I am with?"  I replied that I kept getting unwanted calls from this number and he just hung up.  LOSERS need to get a life and stop harassing people.

I received a message on my voicemail from some women who made these exact same threats that they have suspended "my" license in Mass.. Funny thing is they are looking for a women named Paula.. My voicemail even says you have reached JENN!!!  So #1 they have violated the law by leaving personal detailed information on my voicemail for some women who used to have our number about 2 years ago (and who we have no idea she is).  We've informed all the bill collecters that have called us that we don't know her and to remove our TN yet they don't.  So guess what they are getting a nasty ol' call from me!!!  I am so sick of these people calling my unlisted/unpublished (that we pay a lot of money for) looking for this women who I don't know!!!  They have screwed with the wrong person!!!!

Who are these morans???  They've been calling my unlisted, unpublished number every single freaking day.. They never left a message so what I've taken to doing is answering the phone, not saying anything then putting the phone down.. I can hear them in the background going "hello, hello" then getting ticked off..  Let them waste their money!  So damm sick of it!!!  Why are these people being allowed to call when someone is on the DNC list?  They aren't debt collectors that I can tell.  Guess I'll be making a complaint against them.. Just sick of it!!!

Just got a call from this number on my home phone. They did not leave a message, but since I have family in Orange County (CA) I thought it may be important. When I called it back, I got the same message as Cliff, "OCCD is not available, please leave a message". The only OCCD I could find was the corrections department, or the chiropractic something. I'm sure it is just a telemarketer call or someone would have left a message. At least this time when called back, there was a message, and not just "the number you have reached is no longer in service.........." How do those numbers make phone calls????

Just got an "unknown" call from this number so did not answer, nor did caller leave a message on machine.  Thank goodness for CID on one phone in house but I usually have to race to see if I want to answer or not not.  Very frustrating.  Like others who have posted, I too am on the Do Not Call List which obviously isn't doing the job......  Call came in at 9pm eastern time.

Actually spoke to someone when I answered this call today.  They have been calling but usually I only hear dead air when I answer.

A woman identified the company as Beds You're In and claimed they were a business partnered with Orbitz.com.  They wanted to buy my Time Share.

When I said I wasn't interested she hung up before I could ask to be removed from their call list.

I also was called by this # on 2/06 @about 4:40pm. I don't answer #s not in my list. I called back and it went to a voice mail.

Not sure what OCCD is, but when I called back the phone was turned off and the message said "occd" is unavailable - so random.

I too keep getting calls fron this number..I don't answer the call because it shows up on the caller id as unknown! I have a recording on the answering machine stating that the number they have reached will not ever answer calls from unknown,unavailable, toll free or numbers that we personally don't know...But they continue day after day!!! Can't they be STOPPED???  We have registered on the Do Not Call List!!!!!

Calls from this number are daily over the past week, thought I would ignore yet this is out of control.  No messages are left as when the phone rings I look at Caller ID , do not answer when it says Unknown Name.  Should these continue I will submit daily until these stop.

a few phone calls from this number have shown up on our home phone's caller identification system within the past three or four months (November - late January). the title of the number is labeled "Orange    CA." i have never engaged in an over-the-phone dialogue with this caller but like Ka, above, i too am from upstate NY. i was looking to see if this was a friend of mine's telephone number since a relative of her lives in Orange County, CA. based on the other reports of received phone calls from this number/person, i am certain that it is not her because she is not a man (robert saucier), although it could have been a male on her phone.

Got a call from this number just now (1/16 @ 2:00 p.m.).  I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the number, and no message was left.

I received and call at 4:30 this afternoon from this number on my cell phone.  The caller was a man and he asked for me by name.  The call was of very bad quality, like a cell phone nearly out of range.  The man said that his car had broken down on the side of the road, then the call disconnected.  I didn't recognize the man's voice and it was a number from Anaheim California, I don't know anyone in Anaheim, California.  I called the number back and got a corporate voice mail system that said "If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at anytime, otherwise press zero for an operator", so I pressed zero and was sent to some lady's voice mailbox and I just hung up.

I found the whole episode very bizarre because about an hour previous to this call I received another call from a lady who identified herself as representing Dunn & Bradstreet and wanted information about my business, she had the company name correct but asked to speak with an old employee of mine who has been deceased for three years.  That employee was not office personnel, he worked on job sites and was never in a management position to be a contact for my company.  The whole thing was just bizarre, I wish there was some real way of tracing a company's number without having to pay for a membership to the "phone number look-up club".
