Same as everybody else.   Left message telling me that I have a compliant filed against me in their office and I would be arrested at home or at work if I didn't get the compliant resolved immediately.

Got a call from an extremely rude Indian woman named Tessa Woods, claiming that there was a complaint filed against me and that I would be arrested tomorrow if I didn't pay them $450 by 5 pm. She used threat after threat after threat to try to intimidate me into giving her my money. These people are the worst kind of scum, and give Telemarketers a bad name, and that's saying something. However, she hung up on me twice after I started educating her about how state law works.This is a fraud run by paper tiger idiots who know nothing about U.S. law. Do not be afraid of these criminals. Be angry. They deserve every insult in the book, so get some free therapy out of this ordeal if nothing else by letting loose on these parasites over the phone.

Total scam. They left me the message saying I was going to be arrested so I called them back to play with them, they said that I would be arrested by morning. I turned my caller ID off an called them back, thats where the fun began. I made up a name and low and behold that name was on their list and was going to be arrested! They said to clear the debt up, I needed to put her on hold and drive to walmart and get a greendot card because the united states revenue department will only take that. They also use the number 714-352-4230

They told me they were coming to my job to arrest me and take me to jail.  First of all I don't work anymore and it was very upsetting to get a call like this.

I got a call from  714-203-6649  I returned the call because I want to know just who it was that they thought  I owe. They gave me the name of the payday company ,which I know I have never had any dealings with, I called this company who said I don't owe them  anything. so when they called me to today I informed them that I recently pay off two online payday place that I knew I owed and that also contacted the company that they said I owe. who said I owe them nothing. well they still threaten me with court and arrest at my job but also told me not to call them anymore

I just received a voice mail from someone claiming to be from John Hill Law Firm. The person says there was a complaint filed against me and I will "be arrested at my home place or work place".They finished with "see you in the courthouse".  The number I was given  was 714-203-6649.

Had enough of the a** wholes who think I am stupid had my heart racing to bad I know people and I am smart lets see hmmm have no debt and know people in the profession next stop to see the people in the profession with the saved messages and all the numbers file all the reports needed contact the better business bureau and the FBi and the CBI and all of the entities that need to be contacted and sit back while these people who are already being investigated by the way are taken down by the fraud departments and harassment departments by various departments around the nations. I am sick to death of stupid people assuming that we are and like for real we do not know wether we work or not, wether or not we have law suits pending or wether or not we have done anything wrong seriously people wake the hell up and do something that is not against the law for a living because soon this chick is going to something that is not against the law to make sure they come find you...

I reached my first call from them yesterday and after looking into it will not call them back. I will be filing compliants against them to everyone i can think of. i know this is a scam no paperwork in mail, no acct number or anything. please.. it is seriously ridiculous to treat people like this. I am so sick of the nonsense. i cnat believe it. how rude. the police should stop this nonsense.

I also received a call from them and I also paniced and also called back and got the same thing. I will not answer the phone for them or call them back anymore. After reading this. I will file a complaint.

This a complete scam! DO NOT, under any circumstances comply or take their threats seriously. Today I called them back and feigned ignorance in attempt to get as much information from her as I could. She indicated that at some point, money had been wired into my account, and that she was contacting me to "help" me avoid further legal action. She told me I owed $1,844.45 and that I needed to send my payment to her via Moneygram or by obtaining a a pre-paid debit card, "Reload-It Card".

What she didn't know was that I was recording our entire conversation so that I could report it to authorities. She said her company represented "National Cash Advance" (whom I have never done business with); however, if you visit that website (nationalcashadvance.com)  there is a SCAM ALERT notice instructing you to disregard any phone calls such as this. Got the same VM. Called back no answer just VM. Researched 714-203-6649, its coming from Irvine Ca, corner of Main st and Jamboree rd. Switch number SNANCACZDS0. There is a John E Hill law firm in Oakland, Ca. They are a civil and malpractice firm. Its been a while since I lived in Ca., but Oakland is in northern Ca, and Irvine is around LA. Go figure, do they think all US citizens are stupid?

Dammit! i keep getting phone messages that "there gonna arrest meat my home or work" from different numbers. now this one from tele woodsfrom the john hill lawfirm. im so tired of this crap!!! who are these people? and for gods sake they dont even speak good english.

Caller stated he worked for John E. Hill law office and gave this "badge number"  3025b137895. Said that they were going to arrest me. I spoke to the office and told me to call the the credit protection bureau.

Guys call them back to back to back to back, I left a message letting them know they called the right phone with this crap. I'm going to contiue harrasing them until they understand I will not fall victim to their scam. Once they realize you're on to them they leave you alone/don't answer anymore.

I received messages from a miss tella woods also. It seems the first part of the voicemail cut off, so all I heard her say was I'd be arrested at home or work, she stressed the importance of calling her back that she'd see me in court. I have no idea who or why this lady is calling.  Who are these people?

I got the same message...."u will be arrested at your home or workplace"....the man barely spoke English and sounded really shady. SCAM.... Never said really why they were calling just that a complaint had been filed against me....

Receive a  call from someone name Tella Woods stating that I would be arrested from my home or my work place  if I didn't return their call never stated the reason for this call, just said see you in court and hung up. I guess they think everyone has {booboo the fool  written on their forhead} well I don't, they really need to stop trying to scam innocent people.

Call from John Hill Law Firm. Person could barely speak English stated I was going to be arrested at home or work I told her I was reporting her and number to the FCC if I receive one more call.

Just got a call from the same number saying They have a complaint about me that they where going to arrest me at my place of business or at my home, then said see you in court did not return the call after reading all of you listing the same information doe sound just like a scam.

I am getting threading calls all day requesting $366 instead of going to jail.  I am request details and explanations and keep getting reminders that a police officer will arrest me today.

These people don'y speak english, they have indian accent, and they theatened you. scam artist, don't fall for this,i looked up number alot of comment and complaint. these people have to be stopped, how!

Got a call on my cell phone, same scenario as all the above...saying I owed money and there was a claim against my name and I was going to be arrested at my home.  Very nasty, non-English speaking woman.  Number was 714-203-6649.  Filed a complaint with the FTC.

Received a message from 714-203-6649 Tella Woods had said that a law suit had been filed against me and i will be arrested at work or home. Could not really understand cause she talked so fast and her english was not that great. Called back and spoke with Tella she did not want to give me ant information all she was saying is that i did a payday loan on line and that they were monitoring my email. She did have my old address when i ask her some more questions she refused to answer me and she just said explain it to the courts. Called back got Sean Marsh Senior President of the law firm (joke). he was just as nasty as Tella was he did not want to give me no info.he just said that i need to contact a lawyer and explain to the courts. if u listen to their voicemail it says u have reach john marshim not available u can just leave ur name n number and i will get back in contact with u. it does not say leave your acct or docket # because if they r calkling abt a debt they will tell u ur docket#.
