They have been calling me every week few times each day, how can I stop them,

Calling my cell phone...twice now...I decided to answer, since it was a local #. A recorded male voice said "This is WCA. By taking our survey, you've won one of three gifts. Press 1 to find out which gift you've won, or press 3 to be unsubscribed."  I tried to press 3, but before I could, it disconnected.

Always call me in the morning, did not say anything and just leave a blank voice message everytime.

Yes, I am experiencing the same thing as other people here. I get a call from this number at least once a day.  I never answer it, they don't leave a message so they don't waste my cell phone minutes. I am sure over time they will get bored. Being in sales myself generally those type of companies only call a number 5x and if they don't get a response, move on. So the answer is do not pick up the phone.

The call is from some company called WCA Subscriber Services, and they never leave a message.  I tried calling back from my blocked number and the do not accept blocked calls.  I will try and block them from my cell

We are victims, therefore it's reportable. I get the calls too. I don't answer, they don't leave a message. There are regulations about harrassing calls, even if one doesn't pick up. If they keep calling they CAN be reported. If one doesn't answer then there are no fees. Tire them out w/o answering but you still have a record of how often they call which can be considered illegal if a harrasing amount of times. Get them, don't let them get you.

This number keeps calling me and it's a recording and all they say is it's regarding a personal and  private matter regarding buisness I have conducted so in order to avoid being sued I need to call.  I wait on the line but no human ever comes on.  SO ANNOYING!!!!

they call every day about a special message about reducing owed debt. I have no debt problems. its a recorded message and they call my work phone number 3 times a day.

I just received  a call from this number. They did not leave a voicemail.

They keep calling my cell phone at least once a day during the work week.  I answered this morning and nobody said anything and they never leave a voicemail.

Another cell phone minute abuser!! Seems to be calling daily!!

Caller id states: OUT OF AREA", and message left about PROVEXA lawsuits.
