Got two phone calls within 5 minutes of the other.  They left no messages.  I called the number back several times and get a 'Rejected' notice and a busy signal.

I asked what loan he was talking about ,He stopped for a min. and mumbled quick cash.I have no loan from them.I cannot figure out how he was linked to ace.This number was not deleted after the calls.I found him on linked in, also.There is a David Miller but I think they are the same person, based on the posts.Scott Miller also has a middle name Alan or it's his rel first name.Who knows.They are batty.I have been ill with nerve damage from an assissted living place where I stayed as a guest.There to get teeth fixed.I got to the point I was in a wheel chair.Got marooned at a different place(hotel) I saw my doctor there(6 hr drive from home) and when I returned I faced a hornet's nest of id theft  and debt callers.My mail was opened but not sent to me.(bank statements.
The bank was the least help in the matter. This will go on forever if I can't locate the right help as it is a combination of IDtheft, fraud, bank and perhaps the hotel as all my cards were 6 to 900 over the limit and I lost all but one card but am still paying something.I purchased nothing for myself on these cards only food for myself and my cat who passed away from the airborne, chemical from ecolab.I had him for 13 years.

After 8 months I was able to drive home.But, the financial mess I am facing is (because some checks were told to bounce, they think I am a fraud,(one of my credit cards, but they know differnetly now.. It was a psychotic thing for a family member to do.Compulsive obsessive control.
Few don't realize that some of the problems are closer to them than they realize.I don't even have a traffic ticket.Now my social security cards have been stolen.

Not sure what to do on this angle.

I've been getting constant phone calls back to back telling me that im going to jail! I don't have no loan out ! They told me that a sherieff was coming to pick me up from my residents! First time he called he said his name was Chris Martin and then he said let me switch u to collections and now all of a sudden its now an attorneys office, the officer name is David Martin! Wow! The information for me to make a payment was SR Collections, 1st Pay Bank of Saint Charles! Address, 206 North st.Saint Charles, Mo. 63301! Routing number 81000993. Fax, 862315341

i dontt know their name everytime i ask they just say they r a law firm so how do i go about it????

I received a call (twice) from someone at a Martin and Grace attorney office at this number.  The man with a very heavy accent said I was being sued for bank fraud and two other counts I didn't understand.  He said the hearing was tomorrow and his office would represent me.  I ask for his name and number so that my own attorney could call them.  I don't really have one, but he said his name was Frank Martin.  I figured this for a scam as I have had these type of calls before so got off to check it out.  I am so tired of this, and I hope this helps.

If you have applied for anything over the internet these hackers went in and stole your info. This is all a scam. If you have an attorney let he or she deal with them. I have been getting calls for a while and since I have pulled my attorney in on it and had him call them back they have decreased a lot.

My friend got a phone calls from this number at her work several times harrassing her. she said this man has a chinese accent and asking her to pay 1000 dollars because of what she owed from "Pay Day Loan." "The money needs to be paid within an hour," they said. Otherwise, my friend will be arrested.They were asking for her credit card number. I told her to call a lawyer because it could be a scam and I was right.

i recieved a call saying i got a loan online n i didnt pay back so they r sending the police to my house n i will be arrested if i dont wire them 723 now when i call it hangs up n if call from a different number it just rings n they also had my ss name address whats going on????????????

We just got a call from 714-242-1252 saying we took out a Payday Loan for 1000.00 in Texas. I live in Alabama! They said they were with a Law Firm and that they were taking me to court and I was going to jail for not paying it back. When I started to get angry and ask questions he said Good Luck and hanged up. So I called him right back and no one answered! After 10-20 minutes passed I tried again and it wouldn't even ring. It's a scam!!!

I got a call from him too warrant for my arrest for payday loan....Ive never had a payday loan!!

This Merchant Grace Law Office has harassed my home for months. After the first few calls of not being able to reach the person they wanted to, they left a message on my answering machine saying that something will happen to my family if their call isn't returned.

This morning the phone calls started again before seven thirty. The 'attorney/debt collector' Peter Adams couldn't take no for an answer. He wanted to speak with someone in my house hold who wasn't home at that time. I hung up and he would instantly redial. This went on for an hour! He left one message on the answering machine...the final time I spoke to him he said some sexual vulgar things to me and wanted to know if I had a daughter. I even told him that I was contacting the police and recording him...he didn't care and told me that I wouldn't call the police because he is the authority. I went to my local police department and was told to contact the BBB and the FTC...then I need to contact my phone company have a tap put on the line. Has anyone had any luck filing charges of any kind against these people?

Received call from this number, stated it was negative charges against my social security number. Thick foriegn accent....SCAMMM stay away!!!!

I just started receiving calls from this number I couldn't understand nothing he said, but he leave a message claiming that I owe the bank and I don't want to pay them back and saying the police was going to be at my door and with a warrant for my arrest. He also said  it wouldn't be good and that i was going to do jail time and then he ended by saying good luck and I have no idea what he is talking about because he never said who he was on the message. I tried to calll the number back and the phone never rung it just kept hanging up.

I have gotten numerous calls from these people asking for my SSN. It is a scam!! Do not give out your information. I am attempting to file a complaint against them.

also If you feel like messing with him, when he calls, pick up the line but dont say a word, he says hello, hello, hello, hello, hello over and over again until he gets frustrated then hangs up and calls back, again he says hello, hello, hello, hello hello, after the fourth or fifth call like this I guess he was frustrated and stopped calling for the time being!! talk about a smart person!!!! NOT!!

Another if you have time and minutes on your phone to burn, pick up and say I will get him/ her for you..... set the phone down, go on about what you were doing, vaccume, laundry, dishes, whatever, he gets the point eventually!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have gone to the police, they actually spoke to these idiots about a month ago and the calls stopped..... until yesterday when apparently this guy decided there had been enough cooling time. I have reported them to the FBI, FCC, FTC, and Homeland Security.
I was told that these people are foreign and that they are being watched. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
NEVER EVER give any money to these scam scum!! the names have changed many times on my calls, as well as the phone numbers that they use are changing, however it is the same person leaving messeges on my phone and in the end saying if I dont hear from you ar your attny all I can do is wish you good luck on what is about to unfold on you.
He also calls my best friends phone asking for me, and when she tells him nobody by that name is there he says F.U., Bi*ch woman.
I will not stop until that ppl are caught and prosecuted!!!!!!!

i recieved a call from the same number and guy .he started calling me again last week.he changes his name each time.i cursed him out one time ,then he stopped calling for maybe 2 or 3 months.he is a pain in the a** with a whole lot of time on his hands.some scam artist always talking about an online loan i allegedly recieved.i havent recieved any money to my knowledge yet.he calls my job to but i tell them to tell him i was fired.,but he,s very persistant guy.if you get calls from him try cursing him out and see how that works.

I just received a call from this number at my job, The guy said his name is Officer David and he was calling from Mason County Sheriffs office. Um a 714 area code is not Mason County, obviously a scam.

I have received several calls from this so called Attorney claiming that I owed owed some payday loan. I have never opened a payday loan. This is a Scam. They are trying to get money from people. Do Not Fall for this scam.You are not going to jail. Please consult with your Attorney. This so called Attorney cant speak English. The next time you recieve a call from this number, ask this so called Attorney what state did he take the Bar. Advise him that he needs to cease and disist calls. He is not even true bill collector. We need to report this to the police or to some news station. So many people are worried.Dont worry. Its a Scam.

I am receiving multi calls from this number stating almost identical threats, especially saying I owed a payday loan I never heard of for 800.00. Name:Scott Miller
PDF file had a return email with an alias on it.I asked Scott if this was him (Harry Smith) and he said yes.Later a Bob Cooper called me and said he was a scam and not too answer thephone buthe would deal with the money I was  told I owe..500 something.Said he was a lawyer from Mrgan Law Firm and was in the Better Business Bureau.
I will have to add the fax numbersand other identity info from my notes.This is a very complicated operation.One person attempts to change his voice and says he is an atty and it turns out to be the same person. This man is a brilliant person.Please do not believe you are speaking to more than one person other than a lady called Laura. I did find a S.m. on interlink from the United Kingdom.I have received calls(not many) from 000-000-0000.My cell phone identified the caller as S,Miller.
A week later the calls came from the 714 area code which was not disconnected like the calls I got last month.Next Tuesday I was told someone would be serving me papers to go to court and jail.I have been suffering from nerve damage caused by a hotel disenfectant.This is very difficult.Just keep them talking and tell whomever to speak slowly and clearly as you cannot understand what is going on and you will get more information if the person who calls then trusts you are going to give them the money.I was honest and did say I have NO money because of ID Theft.I have never been in a scam before but normally one can recognise something isn't right. I am still researching these names and bg's as it is hard to believe that this has been so expertly expedited and sttill not stopped.I will provide the rest of the info from my notes this PM.I hope this helps you a little.It is frightening.Also in the background there is an awful lot of talking going on.I have saved all messages from these people on my cell phone to validate this is a real scam.It's hard to believe an individual could really do these thing to people , it's sociopathic.

I get these calls about 3 days in a row then they quit the number changes and the name of the person changes.  It's a scam, it's on the FBI's website.  http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams  they suggest to file a  complaint at www.IC3.gov.  Which I have done.. but the names and numbers change so often it doesn't do much good.

No but get the same call saying we took a loan out  Which we didnt  and that he will see my husband on the courthouse steps   It has to be a scam of some sort and Im thinking of reporting the number because its goes on  all the time

got a call from a guy with a strong accent...could barely understand him...legal action against my name and ss# and as this unfolds he wishes me and my kids good luck and that it will not be good for me.
