I just got a message from this number saying they were wanting to talk to me about a medical appointment I missed>  I did miss an appointment the other day but now I read all these comments... plus I live in KS and it is a CA area code lol

a message about "your current credit card account."  I'd like to be removed from the calling list.  by pressing one I reached a person who hung up on me when I asked the company's name.

Don't even waste your time, even if you are successful in your lawsuit, there is almost no chance of ever collecting on the law suit.  Other people here have said that they are United Debt Solutions, 1567 Kingsley

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME WHILE I WAS WORKING, SO I MISSED IT. WHEN I CALLED BACK, THE VOICEMAIL SAID IT WAS FULL, SO I COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHENEVER I TRY TO CALL IT BACK, IT GOES RIGHT TO THE ROBOTIC "FULL" VOICEMAIL AND DISCONNECTS! THIS SITE AND THE PEOPLE THAT COMMENT ON IT ARE AWESOME! THANKS TO EVERYONE'S COMMENTS BECAUSE IT HELPED ME FIGURE OUT THIS ANNOYING MYSTERY!

Called my cell number, did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number called it back and got a message to leave a message, so I sent them a text stating I reported them to the FCC and the FBI. I doubt they will believe it but hey who knows.

Same experience as indicated by others.  I did apply for the AMEX card today thru Delta so Im thinking the first thing they did at AMEX is sell my info to the other vultures.

Same thing here! for months they have been calling me and hanging up. I just want them to stop calling me but I cant even get them to talk long enough to tell them that. does any one know how to get ahold of them through phone call or mail

I have received phone calls from this number.  I never get a message.  When I call back, no reply-mailbox full.   I've also received similar calls from  480-62-10568.  Is there anyone to whom we can complain [Verizon perhaps?] to insure these people get some kind of spanking?

Just got one of these calls. I've gotten at least 2 before, not sure if this is the same number or not. They always come to a CA telephone number (last I heard, robocalls were illegal there). This time, I pressed 1. I got a guy, immediately told him to take me off my last, and actually got push back about my attitude. Eventually, when I was pressing him as to how his business could have a relationship with me (which he claimed would have allowed the call, despite my number being on the Do Not Call list), he hung up.

got another call from this phone number to my cell phone today at about 3:35pm(8/25/2010), stating that i have no problem with my credit card account. There must be a way to stop them continue to harass people.

Just recieved a call from this number a few minutes ago. They didn't leave a message. Funny thing is that I blocked another credit service number from my phone earlier (210-586-1025) and not two minutes later this number called me. They must be working overtime today. None of my credit cards are past due so I don't know why they are calling me.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number. Pressed 1 and got some guy who seemed totally bewildered that he was talking to me. After hemming and hawing, asking me if I had at least $5k of credit card debt and some other stuff that sounded bogus and/or wasn't true, and offering to transfer me to some department or other, he told me they have a computer that dials random numbers and that he would remove me from the list. I suspect it may be some kind of company that is phishing for people's personal information. If you get a call from them, don't give them any information.

They called my cell phone, no answer when i said "Hello"

Received a call from this number yesterday afternoon but I ignored it. I googled the number just ten minutes ago or so and found this website, sent a text to my girlfriend telling her about it since she was there when the number called me yesterday. and she sent a message back saying they JUST called her. Crazy, we both have 253 area code numbers so they must just be calling anyone and everyone all over. I called it and it went straight to voicemail like some of these comments said

My wife and I both received a call from this number today on our cellphones (didn't answer, no message left).  The scary part is that our cellphones are with different wireless companies and we don't share any credit cards.  The only place our cellphone numbers are both listed are on our mortgage and banking documents.

I've received multiple calls from this number over the past few months and every time I press 1 to speak to someone, they hang up. I just want to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list because I don't even have a credit card and I know its a scam. Its so frustrating!

I've had several calls over the last couple months, claiming to be my credit card company calling about a problem. The real problem? I don't have a credit card. When asked what company they represent, they hang up. Can't call the number either.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number. Very annoying.

Received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  I'm on the do not call list and its a credit card company.

Got a call from this ## thought it was my sister so called it right back and the phone was shut off saying i couldnt leave a message because the mailbox was full...very odd they didnt leave a message or anything...

I also called back and got the same message...did anyone really pick up to speak to someon from this number

Got a call, answered, claimed that I was flagged by the credit bureau because of good payment history and good credit score for a review to lower my interest rates on my cards.  He had no clue where my cards were thru or how much was on them.  I decided to ask him who he was thru during this conversation before he could ask any important/confidential info and he hung up on me.

i just got called on my work cell by them too but was smart enough to realize it was a scam and i just hung up on them...then i vented by sending a rude cussing text letting them know i knew what they were up to...i am sure it will do nothing but it made me feel better so it's all good

Didn't answer.  They left a message:

"Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9% your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice press the number one on your telephone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates. Thank you. Bye. "

It's a telemarketer and perhaps a scam.

I would like to know who this number is and how they got my cell phone number. They said they wanted to lower the interest rate on my credit card, I don't have a credit card so therefore as soon as I said I didn't have one, they hung-up.

They called and I missed the call.  They were saying something about my credit card.  I only use Credit Unions.  Since the charge less and pay me more, I don't need any big bank card.  I pay up each month, the full balance each month.  SCAM!
