They've been doing the same thing to me and after 3 months of calls they finally picked up and had a BOGUS bill from a doctor that had been 'accidentally' misbilled.

It calls and when I pick up noone is there! It leaves a message that says false message for the answering machine.

I am getting several calls a week from this number with a recording on my voicemail "Auto Answering Machine Message......the rest has been cut off. These jerks are calling my cell phone and costing me money.

I won't answer my phone to unknown numbers outside my area code. The voice message picks up what seems to be the latter half of an automated message, noting that, "in order to avoid further penalty on <my> account", to call 1-800-775-6177. I googled this number, and it brings me to a url with hmpwatches.com as it's domain. The page seems to be a flase one, as it fails to load completely regardless of the station I try to access it from.
