This number texted me the following message "If you are struggling with your credit card payments and have more than $10k in debt, our program can lower your payments.  Would you like to learn more?".  My cell phone is on the do not call list.

Received 2 text msgs on my cell -- unwanted and violates do not call guidelines... plus I had to pay fees for these messages!! Msg re lowering credit card debt, they have a Program...
