Marketing Text messages.

I'm about to send amsg telling them not to contact me anymore. I got 2 of these today. No clue how they got my number.

Got a text message refers me to go to loanmod-gov.org Texting people that do not own anything. I am only 15 years old

I received a text message from this number to my cell at cost to me.  I called this number and the speaker's name was unintelligible.  This is a real pest and does not sound to me to be a legitimate company.

I also got a text from this number.  My number is relatively new so I was surprised to see that I got a text from a company I don't know especially considering I have a limited number of texts a month AND I don't have a mortgage and am not looking to purchase a home anytime soon.  They are pretty much spending/wasting my money without any permission.

This is a true pain in the fanny

no phone call but a text giving mortgage loan modicfication info and a website.www.modifymortgag.us  and asking if they could call.  haven't visited website.  sent reply text saying no calls and to remove from list.  we'll see what happens.

I recieved a text message from this phone @ 7:00 A.M. on 7-27-09 asking if I want to refinance my mortgage. This is certainly not information I requested as I am a renter.
I called the number to have my name/number removed from their list although I have already been put on the "Do not call list". The call went into voice mail and the out going message said that I had reached the mailbox for "I'm a F#$@ing Fa@#ot".
How can I get phone calls /text messages like this stop? I've had my number put on the "Do not call" list and like I said, I'm a renter. These obscure calls and text messages cost me money. How is this legal? My phone company won't do anything about it, you can't talk to anyone when you call the number and it's obviously crap calls. I need to make these call stop!
