AMY C, i got the exact same message and I too live in PA. I do believe I registered my cell number with the do-not-call program as well.
I simply replied, "I don't have a mortgage, thanks."
I haven't received another message.

Just got one at 8:04 am. "Is your mortgage payment too expensive? Our Loan Modification program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?" I filed a complaint immediately with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as I live in PA. Will also try the FTC complaint route. My cell phone was registered with both the state and federal do-not-call programs.

This time it was from 562-453-6402.
I've filed a complaint with the FTC Do Not Call Registry site and FCC online complaint form.

I own nothing and have been getting text messages from loananddebthelpcenter.com. these texts wake me up at 4 am and I should not have to pay for unwanted text messages. I consider this harassment and will pursue legal action if necessary
