I have been inundated with these phony calls. Since the middle of April, I've received tons of calls from Yuma, AZ, Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ. Now it is Fullerton, CA. These are all fake calls and I don't answer. I've been forced to unplug my phone because of all these phone calls. They started on 4/14/14 and I'm still getting them as of today, 4/30/14.

Two calls within 30 minutes.  I, too, never answer if I don't recognize the number.  I "listened in" using "select" on my handset.  No message left either time.  Think they should be reported, but therir "out" (when you claim you are on a Do Not Call list ) is that a friend referred your number or that you opted in to receive "information".  Thus they don't/won't get the fine they deserve. We're paying "extra" for anonymous call block.  Doesn't work in this case!

It is indeed a solar power co.-- I informed them that their records are incorrect,I RENT and have no  authority to put solar panels on the roof I live under - the guy was polite and asked for my name and number -- I gave them an incorrect name and the number they have been calling -- they told me it will take a week before my number is taken off all their list.

On the calls that are trying to sell meds, I told them I respect that they are just trying to make a living -- but -- I no longer have to take ANY medication and please take my number off their list - so far it works those type of calls have all but stopped.

Apparently, the do not call list doesn't work anymore.  Same scenario as everyone else, called 3 times with no message.  Drives me crazy!  If I wanted to know more about your service, I would have contacted you, since I didn't, grab a CLUE.

Guess they are on a roll this a.m.  Called us, we didn't answer, left no message - how in the world can we get rid of the tons of unwanted calls that we're getting now?

I just received a call (9am), didn't answer, they left no message.
When I called back the number, I got a curious recorded message: "thanks for the call. Config your call, you are elig to change this message.  Let us know if we can help during your development."

Called this am; went unanswered and no message was left.  They are wasting their time.  I don't answer numbers I do not recognize and if they are legit why not leave a message?

now i dont answer any call that comes with no name . is there no way to block these people?thanks for this site, maybe if enough people called their number at the same time , their outfit would explode?

After having many calls come through I finally answered one several days ago. The woman said something about energy reduction. I told her I'm not interested and she was very insistent. I told her to remove my number and hung up. So much for removing my number, they just called again.  I've just blocked this number but I can only block so many numbers! I'm really tired of these calls.

got first call; googled here; blocked.  Too bad AT&T only allows for 20 blocked calls.    Nearly every day I delete the oldest and add another. And so it goes...

no message left. 3 calls received within a 10 minute period.

Received three calls within about a five minute or less time frame, leaving no messages. I picked up on number three but no one responded so I immediately hung up.

Someone called three times as well then hung up.  Wonder if they have a list of names or are just going randomly through the phone books.  (Everyone should have caller id on their land lines.)

Called 3 times within 6 minutes.  On the 3rd call I answered, & a prerecorded message declared that I am eligible for energy savings, press 2 to learn more or press 3 for higher electric rates.  REALLY!!??
I paid $9 last month because I have solar panels.  Get a life!

This number is showing as the inbound caller. Calling every 2 minutes. Two calls before I used my phone's blocking. Three more calls since then. 5 calls in 11 minutes? Are you kidding?

Thank you -- I was searching on the number after the first call when the second came in. Blocked it just in time for the third call to get rejected. I think you're right that these may be the same folks, or at least behaving similarly. The Yuma outfit stopped calling once I'd blocked (one further call, then no more).

Called here on Friday 3 times just a few minutes apart.    It's probably the same scammers that called recently from "Yuma AZ" and used the same method - calling multiple times within a few minutes.   My guess is that they will get people to pick up thinking it's an urgent call from a relative or friend in trouble since they call back so quickly multiple times.   These crooks need to be put out of business.   Instead they just keep changing their company name and phone number to make it harder for the state attorney generals and the BBB to keep track of them.   The DoNotCall list is a joke and I don't even bother reporting calls to that site any more.   I find the attorney generals office on-line complaint form to be a lot more effective.   But even they have trouble keeping up with the numerous scams going on.

They called us 3 times within 9 minutes.  I'm guessing it's the same crooks that called previously when the caller ID displayed Yuma AZ.   This time it displayed Fullerton CA.    Same MO in that they called multiple times within a few minutes and never left a message.   My guess is some boiler room outfit that wants to "save us money on our energy bills."

CALLED ME TWICE A FEW MINS AGO, I PICKED UP 2ND CALL.  THEY SAID PRESS 5 TO REDUCE MY ELECTRIC RATE BY 65% OR PRESS 3 TO "FORFEIT MY RATE REDUCTION."  PRESS 3 AND THE ROBO CALL DISCONNECTED.  WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS.  GUESS THEY DO NOT HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.

Called three times in the last 15 minutes. Left no message. Blocked with my Panasonic now.

I have received 2 calls from this number already this a.m., I.d. just Fullerton,CA.  No msg left . . . Uhhh, wait phone's ringing . . .  now you can make that "3" calls!

Since it said "Out of Area", I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  I have been getting sooooo many daily spoofing, robo or scam calls, I just NEVER pick up if I don't recognize the caller ID, or it says Out of Area, Toll Free, Unknown or gives the name of a state.  If they are "real" they will leave a message.  If not, they are these low life scammers.
