I got a call and an email from 714-333-0372. They have a lot of my information. I did call the Federal trade COmmission and report it. Christopher was who I talked to and he said I needed to fill out a form and email or fax it back with my ID to him immediately. On the form it asked for my credit card info or prepaid credit card information in the amount of $324.90.

I just got a call from them and they said they were going to take me to court if I did not pay $342. Now I did use a payday loan service, and had a problem with a check withdrawl, but the amounts don't match up.
He told me he would email me a letter that I was to fill in the blanks and send a copy of my ID with it. I could barely understand him, and I have not received this email.
I plan on calling the authorities once I have the email.

I have posts all through this site, I have gotten phone calls from so many different numbers all stating the same thing. Check out the followng numbers:
713-343-7242 from company called Federal Crime Enforcement. Caller's name Andrew Parker.
424-203-5206 from company called Federal Department Of investgation. Callers name NIck White or Nicholas Gibson.
858-248-4821 or 210-588-9507 or 831-865-3159 or 850-388-8959 from company called Cash USA or Federal Legislation Of Unsecured Loans. Caller's names John White or John Smith, Gary Smith, Eric Matthews
646-918-5986 Company called ACS (wont tell me what it stands for) just say its the legal department. Callers name Adam White or Alex White.
I have also gotten calls from numbers that are unavailable or restricted or even 000-000-0000
Latest call form 713-333-0372 Say its a law firm but I cant understand what they are saying.
Bottom line do not send any one any money.
They are all scams and frauds. Contact the Federal Trade comminision at 877-382-4357. Tell them all the info you have and they will tell you these people are scams.

payday loan scam !! they get info from somewhere and say that they have contact you through e-mail and they haven't you have a outstanding balance and don't send them anything

payday loan scam........ they get your info from payday loan app. then call you and say you have a outstanding balance they have all your info ..... dont send them a thing
