Tracy,
After posting in March I called the CA Attonery Generals Office and filled a complaint. I also went to the Federal Trade Commission. They must have moved on because today I got a call and they are in D.C. area. FYI if they call you call 202-727-2102 to leave a message.

These people called me today and left a message I could barely understand. They said there had been a dangerous crime committed and that it was extremely important that I call them immediately regarding a relative. Needless to say, I called them back ASAP and was greeted by someone who could barely speak English, would not state a name and kept trying to "transfer" me to someone else. They asked my social security number to be verified and I hung up. I googled the number just to see who it might be.

A man that could barely speak english. Tuesday it was Officer Anderson,Thursday it was Sean, and today it was Matt Wesley. I was threatened to be picked up by police at my job. They asked to speak with my manager and to call my mother and sister. I fell for this once and paid it off, but since, I have contacted the loan companies and I know my loans were paid.

Oh, Sarah! I got the same call and turned them into the Iowa Attorney General's office! I was so frightened and confused! Please don't be afraid, but do call your (state) Consumer Advocate on Monday morning.

I got a message from somebody at this number who never identified the company from which they were calling. I tried to call back, but got a busy signal. The message I received threatened legal action and the woman who left it threatened that me and two of my friends, who she named specifically, would be forced to appear in court if I did not respond.

I received the same call at my job. I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying and he kept acting like he was switching people. I asked for their attorneys info and was told he was the attorney, Mark Redd... I told him I wanted his information to verify who he was because the loan I had with cash net was paid two years ago and they keep sending me information to reapply for a loan. The number I received was 714-333-2945 201 S. Anaheim Blvd #108. couldn't understand what state but the zip was 92800

They told me that they sent emails to me that went unaswered, they sent them to a email I no longer have, I told them I can I respond when I no longer have that email. My frim representing me called and they couldn't provide an address and were informed from their bosses that this is a scam operation.
