Western Dental~ They called to schedule a follow up appointment from back in July... Seriously... Its November... Called them advised went to different dentist. Advised chose different dentist due to office, and staff being horrible... It will be a cold day in hell before I recommend this office to anyone or step foot in one ever again... They should be put out of business...

I set up my sons with an appointment and paid for it; then started getting collection calls for a bill I never recieived  I did finally get one and paid it but they still call.  My check was cashed and they can kiss my you know

I had an appt. on Thursday Aug the 22nd. I had to cancel and did so on Wednesday. On Thursday someone called from Western Dental and she wanted me to re-schedule. I told her I couldn't because my truck broke down and I don't know when I will be able to come in.
On Friday the 23th someone from Western Dental called He knew my name and wanted my birthday. I didn't give it to him. It just seemed fishy to me especially given when the day before that person didn't ask. After reading this blog, I will seek my dental care elsewhere.

How can I stop theirs calling? Thanks!

My father had the worst work ever done there; his entire bridge is so crooked --a long diagonally slanted line of teeth-- it looks like someone had to be uber drunk or high as a kite to have done the work. Nonetheless, he's had two sets of bills with them. On the first set, he paid off the final $700 in a fell swoop, and it took me 18 calls to get them to stop harrassing him for yet more monies. The local office kept saying they'd communicated the error to corporate, but then he'd get more bills--PLUS interest and late penalties of $25/mo!

Now, on his second bill--which they're SO lucky he's paying--rather than suing, as the dentist we now go to in Baja has said, and they sent a final bill, and we paid that amount--by cashier's check no less--and they cashed it, and then prompltly sent yet another bill for another $136. These people are incompetent scam artists! NEVER do business with a Western Dental! Both the dentists and the billing department should be put out of business and out of our collective/community misery!

Western Dental. Called them back and they don't even know why they called me but they somehow manage to call me about 5 times a day, everyday.

Same thing with me. My insurance called them and they are still harassing me every day many times call me I want to sue Western Dental 7605346076

I also have been subjected to over 2 years of these calls, to a number of different names none of them my own. It seems there ought to be some means by which their undeserved harrasment might be curtailed. This is my business number and I run to the office for these people ? If you have gained any insight on this problem please share it and if you have found a course of action I should like to join in.

Word of advise stay away from Western Dental.
They are after your money not your dental health
They can only hire the reject doctors that cant make it on their own

Unwanted continued annoying calls from this number daily from Western Dental. I do not owe them one dime yet they continue to call daily several times a day.  Ihave attempted to call the same number but it is on a hang up for incoming calls. I have called corporate to no avail and talked to consumer relations for Western Dental. They are unable to explain why the calls are being made several times a day. It is harassment from a company I do not owe money to. I would like it to stop and if anyone is filing a action against them please advise.

Thanks they are also calling me 3 times or more a day. We had the first appointment and walked out it was so bad. I called their patient relations and they said they comp the visit, just 25. oo. Now they are harassing us even though we no longer go there. If you call the number back it will not pick up. It is harassment, when is someone going to file a class action against this dental group, count me in.

It's Western Dental...these people are @$$holes!!!!!!! They keep calling and hanging up when I try to answer, this is harassment!!!!!!! WESTERN DENTAL YOU ARE HARASSERS!!!!!!!!! I have received 13 calls from this number within the last 3 days. They called me 9 times just yesterday. Have had to turn off my phone to keep it from ringing constantly from their calls. If they do it again today I will be reporting them to AT&T as harassing calls.

Why the heck do they keep calling ME............

This is western dental.  Me & my wife went for an exam and I paid for the exam with my debit card the same day.  They keep telling me that I haven't paid for it (even after I printed my bank statement and took it to the office over the weekend).

So frustrating.

Western Dental Collection Agency is calling my husband and I for charges for services that we never received. We had an appointment on a Saturday and had to reschedule because of our work schedule.  Before we could reschedule a new appointment we were sent to collection. We have 100% dental coverage. Western Dental continues to call us 10 times a day after we have talked to several representatives and have it documented in writing. I would recommend that no one go to Western Dental. It is a nightmare!
