Call is from Placentia California, they give no info when they call

i wrecked a car in december 2007 owed about 2300 difference was not able to make payments they have me as a charge off but this agency is trying to collect the bad debt they want me to commit to 200.00 dollars a month there is no way i can pay this amount and the woman is sooooooooo hateful and acts like she wont take anything else i told her if she could acept what i can do now when i got income tax i would pay her off here in ky they can accept half which would make about 1650 so wish me luck

called several days in a row and several times a day.  Final talked to someone this morning and told her to take me off of her list, she was extremely rude to me and told me she was not going to remove my number.  I had to call back and talk to someone else to get my number removed from the list.  Hopefully that call was recorded.

Have gotten 2 calls from this number. They claim to have important documents to discuss.

Some Jack*** calls my son's cellphone talking he is from some financial agency that does a lot of different business. My son is only 6 years old! I am personally going to find these guys and #&$% them up on site!!! That is my promise, there will not be anymore complaints from this number again!!! You are all welcome!

This number won't stop calling me and when I called it back and some man answered and was incredibly rude and hung up on me. He said my number was given to them by some person as a reference.

Father passed away this past February, he had a truck financed thru Wachovia and they refused to sell it to my brother for the fair market resell.  After it was repossessed and processed, the truck sold for what we were offering but they are now out the extra $1500 they had to pay to repossess it.  Now I'm getting calls from 714-364-4485 Joe Tesoro and to call him back at 1-800-819-8567 xt.3906.  Fools, my father has no estate, we aren't liable to pay any of his debts and the collection agencies know this.  They are trying to bully us into paying.  We aren't and we just don't answer any unknown #'s on our phone anymore.  This will go away soon, hoping this helps others in this situation.

Called early this morning - did not leave a message - don't know who it is!

Someone from this number keeps calling my house. They ask for someone else, a different name every time. I have tried to call them back to speak to a manager or something, but the call will not go through. When I ask the name of the company, or what type it is, they say it is against federal law to give any details. I say, Excuse me!? You are calling MY house and you cant tell me who you are? Each time they tell me that I will be removed from the list within 24 hours. Our number is on the do-not-call list, but they continue to call.

After getting at least 5 calls from 7143634485 in a week and one call today from 9136744215, I realized why I get unsolicited calls like this. I forgot to register my phone number with DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, aftet I got a new phone service. Today I registered. As per the Registry - in order to make a complaint on MRS I need to wait for 31 days after this registration.

Thay have been calling for roughly about two-three weeks and never leaves a msg. And it never seems to ends. They call almost everyday.

this is a debt collection agency; they call me continuously on behalf of Wachovia Dealer Services in an effort to collect payment for a car Wachovia had repo'd from me.  Like i'm going to pay a debt they have already written off and pay for a car they auctioned off.
