This is the second time these idiots have called.

Diane, in Santa Ana,CA., called in a scam stating she is with Carpet Care.  When I asked how she got this number she hung up.  The B needs to be hung by her toes for trying to steal from hard working people who are just barely getting by.

This same company has telemarketed to my home phone (which is on the DNC list) over the last few years. Now they are doing it to my cell-phone (reported here) which is also on the DNC list. Their telecommunications provider is XO Communications. Stop these people!

I got a call from this number, tried to call it back and only heard a busy noise.  Who is it?

received two calls from this number today.  One on my personal cell phone at 1:38 pm today and another on my work blackberry at 10:28 am today.  Both were missed calls with no messages.

I keep getting calls from 714-384-9607 on my cell. I don't know this number and don't answer the calls and there is never a message.

Today I answered the call. It's a solicitation from "Diana" from "Carpet Care". I listened to the end hoping to find out how to get a hold of them and have my number removed.

I followed instructions, pressed "1" to get connected. I only managed to say "Hello, I got this solicitation call...." click - she hung up on me!

What the heck is this? How can I stop them from calling me?

This number calls my son's phone all of the time! It's annoying as heck! It is a recoreded cornball message about Carpet Cleaning.

This has called a few times. Today I pressed 1 and ask how did you get my ceel phone number and she hung up on, this crap has got to stop. My cell phone is on a do not call list, how did they get the number.

I got a call from this number to my cell for carpet cleaning services.  Pressed "1" to get their contact info, but was disconnected when I tried to make an appointment.

I called XO Communications. Spoke to Deb Manning, who referred me to Liane Simpson – 703-547-2826 – when then transferred me to Dawn Bryant in customer complaints.  She took my name and asked what number called me.  She confirmed the number belonged to them, but refused to give me information for he company using it.  She said they will make the initial contact.  She said I could get the information by calling my local police department to release the number. I did. It is not true, since local police only enforce state statues, and CA does forbid these calls.  I called back to tell her that, she said I was wrong.  No use arguing...
She was going to end the call without even getting my phone number (she asked, “is there anything else I can do for you?)!  I asked how she is going to put a stop to it without my number.  She said she is going to get that information now.   She took my number and told me, upon my urging, that she will call me back with an update after speaking to that company.  She did so fifteen minutes later and said she asked that company to remove my number.

called my verizon cell phone. I didn't pick it up, but the voicemail caught the last half of a recorded message for carpet cleaning.

Not only did I receive a call from them on my cell phone, my number is registered on the Do Not Call list.  I have filed a complaint.  I didn't get the exact company name, but the above name Carpet Care sound right.

had call today from this number, I hung up as soon as it sounded like a recorded sales call. I did catch the name Diane before I clickd it off

I had a missed call from this number yesterday....but I always screen my calls.  There was no voicemail.
