Got a call and voice message from this number.  When I called back, the guy said he couldn't tell me why he was calling until I gave him the phone number he had left the message on, but it was probably in regard to a civil case against me.  I refused to give him my number, so he wouldn't tell me anything.  Is this some kind of collection agency?  I don't owe anyone (really) but that's what it reminded me of, or some kind of scam.
