I have gotten calls on my cell phone from whomever this is, first they told me they were involved with some company called Cashnet USA and if I didnt pay harm would come to my family, and now they are trying to scam me on my home phone, scammers looking for a quick buck, dont know how to work I guess!!!!!!

i got a call from this number and they told me i had a payday loan to pay and they are a attorneys office. they said im gonna get papers served to me and im in big trouble. the ladys name was 'kelly jones', 'mr. brown.' they are not american. they have bothered me at work, cell. i talked to a real attorney tho and he said that these 3rd parties come in and buy your info from sites and etc. on the internet so dont put you info out on the net unless you read "we dont give your info. to 3rd parties."

I just paid these people $150.00. and they think that I am about to send then $685.00.  For some reason I just did not feel right about this call and I asked them to send me documents they said that they would send me the documents once I paid off the debt. I am going to report them. Thanks for the heads up.

These people are in violation of Fair Debt laws in my state:
1.  They call me at work when they have been asked not to
2.  Do not identify what company they are with
3.  Threaten me if I do not call them back
4.  If they are a debt collector, they legally have to identify themselves as such

I will be reporting them to the state attorney general's office

I got a call from a woman saying the same thing.

I got this call from a guy saying i was given as a reference and threatening me also if i don't call i will be in big trouble.  i don't who they are.

I cannot believe that someone would actually call me and say that I owe them money. Supposedly they work for a Lawyer's office saying that they have tried cashing my check several times. OK i have used loan companies before but something wasn't right.

1. They couldn't be specific on what they were asking about.
2. Calling me at work is a big no-no.
3. You can tell that they were reading from scripts.
4. Threatening me with lawsuit.....blah, blah.....
5. Thank God For Google!!!!

a fake 3rd party that says that you owe money on a payday loan and tried to get bank info from you on the phone-oh and he/she says that they are a layer office-foreign voices
