They called my job over and over and HR told me to have them stop calling me. They claim to be from an attorney's office and if i didn't pay i'm going to get arrested and taken to the court house? What the hell is this?

These people who ever they are, they're driving me crazy, I can't even understand their message as the lady has a thick accent.  They call my cell phone, they call me at work, this is embarrasing.  They leave threatening messages.  I am sick of these people

This is exactly what happen to me, they want you to send them money they ask for different amounts everytime you call.  Once I let them know that I called the Secret Service I was hung up on and when I tried to call back there was a busy signal.

This is exactly is what happen to me.  Do not give these scam artist any money.  Check your bank accounts, pull a credit report.  Call whoever you think will listen.  Send a complaint to the BBB.

These people are calling from oversea stating that I owe money.  The first representative I spoke to said I owed $200 and then the next said I owed $595, and the next said I owed $980.  I guess you owe whatever amount they feel at that time.  They said I owed money to a payday loan to a company called National Payday Loan.  I have never in my life had a payday loan with these people.  I contacted the Secret Service and advised them of this happening.  I was call number 7 the man said in the last past 2 days.  They said that they can't really do anything unless these people actually take money from your account.  The guy said to call your local police department if the calls continue also call the Secret Service near your city.  Hope this is some help.

I got a call from 213-386-0208 from a guy with an Indian Accent. Then I called next day it was disconnected.  I got another call from 714-409-0208 they said they had an affidavit etc.  They stated I received a loan from Cash net usa in Jan 2008 with Bank Midwest.  I called cashnet usa.  I had not taken a loan for years.  I called and told them I knew it was fraudlent and they transfered me and then hung up.  Please confirm this is a scam.

This number is registered to Pac-West Telecomm. Anyone receiving calls from this number or being asked to call this number should complain to them at (800) 511-9048 and/or abuse AT pacwest DOT com.

call came from unknown number, indian woman who spoke poor english proceeded to tell me that I would be sued tomorrow and provided names of references who were familiar.  She claimed to be with an attorney's office and left 714-409-0208 as the callback number.  When I returned the call the nonenglish speaking gentleman that answered the phone refused to give me the name of the company he was working for and hung up on me.

I got the same exact call today this afternoon, wanting to know my attorney info which I do not have one, maybe I should make one up if they call again i told him I was contacting the ftc and attorney general and he kept stuttering and wouldnt tell me why he even called me, I had one a couple months ago very simular from a new york number as well

Is this a scam???  The guy told me I was going to be sued.  Well, I tried calling several times and when I got a hold of him he wanted info and if I didn't something would happen tomorrow.  I asked for his supervisor he told me it was him.  This was after I researched the 941-961-8518 and I told him if he called again I would report him that I knew it was a scam.  He quickly hung up.  Then the number was busy.  Weirdo, anyone got anything else similar???

Got a call from 9419618518 that told me to call 7144090208 and when they left the message it was an indian accent woman that was breaking up very badly and could barely understand a word she said called back and got no answer and it disconnected also the 941 number is conveniently not in service
