I got a voice mail from a man who stated that his name was Thomas Martin stating that he needed to hear from me or my prospective attorney within a certain amount of time and left the number 714-409-0503  if I wanted to stop the prospected actions against me , and if he didn't hear from me or an attorney all he could say to me was good luck....not one time did he identify the company that he represented and when I called the number back I get a message that say the number or code you've reached is incorrect.

Same thing happened to me just yesterday.  I still couldn't get the name no matter how many times he said it.  Again, stating I had an affidavit against me and it was very serious...I reported it to the FTC.

The same thing happened to me this evening and the number is not in service.  The man had a foreign accent and was hard to understand, I think he said his name was Kevin Bogger and had all the same threatening statements about "his division" and "my attorney of record" and "if  you do not return my call, all I can say is good luck as all of this unfolds".  Very disturbing.  I am reporting this as well with my cell phone provider and the FTC.

Received a call at my work place stating that me or my attorney needs to call back. Caller name was Shawn Martin.

I got a call from a number that should up as 0000 on my caller ID, i didn't answer it the first time, but they called right back and told me that i had a pay day advance out and have 3 charges againest me. They said that i have until 11a tomorrow morning to either pay or the police will show up at my work. I told them that they have never notified me and they said that they have sent me emails but they haven't or i deleted them. I had a real hard time understanding them, thick accent. I went back in my account information and i have nothing with the deposit that they are saying that was made. So this is BS if you ask me. The cash advance place they said was "Insta Cash"

Started a week ago on my ceel now they are harrassing me at work each time different name and different reason

I did not get a message from this number.  They are now using a different one.  213-286-0298.  They call and threaten you and when you call back they won't say who they are and want your phone number

This person called and like the above said, we couldn't understand them very well.  They left this number (714) 409-0503 and more less threatened me that I better call them back and if I didn't, "all I can say to you, Michelle, is good luck...

My daughter received several phone calls today from the same number (714-409-0503), but it came up on caller ID as 0000.  The guy said he was Steven Wilson (had a very heavy accent) and he was calling from State Attorney Services.  You could hardly understand a word.  He said my daughter would be picked up and taken to jail tomorrow if she did not take care of a pay advance loan and that she owed $932 dollars, but they would settle for $600.  She has had several pay advance loans from companies in the past, but they have all been paid back.  I contacted my credit union and was told this was definitely a scam and that when you apply for a pay advance loan on the internet their web-sites are not secure and your personal information can be obtained.  I hope this SCAMMER can be stopped too!!!!!

I have been called over and over with this company saying the same as all of the other posts. How can we stop this?

Have gotten several calls from 714-409-0503. Matter of fact the last one was monday at work. Wanted me or my attorney to call him back. Could baily understand him on the phone.

I have received several unwanted calls from this person, that I can't even understand; I could pick out only certain words and none of them were good; he said something about having me picked up, that I needed to either call him back or have my Attorney call him back; I got two names; Jack Thomas and Fernando Thomas (I think) I was scared, but I knew that I hadn't done anything wrong; I was relieved to hear from others that the same thing happened to them; I thought it was a scam and I am really mad about it; I have enough to deal with in my life and people like this need to be stopped! I hope there will be an investigation!

The other number that was given to me was (805) 500-4567.

Same here just a call from the same number from a guy named Jason Parker saying that the police were coming to take me to jail tomorrow and that they have evidence that there has been check fraud and that I was a prime suspect.  I tried calling the number back but it does not work.  He was some Indian guy.  The payday loan place that they are talking about I don't have a loan with them....

I keep getting calls from an Indian guy named Sam Fernandez demanding me to give monies. But wont provide any information besides I our a payday loan. He got my job number and I do not know how he even got that. After reading some post i beleive this is a total scam. He called me once and my cousin answered and he gave all my personal information which I believe is illegal. Have anyone heard of this guy and how to get him to stop calling?
