They are a pain, like others are saying, no response when you answer, and they call sometimes up to 4 times a day.  How do they get away with this?  Why don't carriers do something about it?  Could the carriers be paid for this?

I finally found out who this number is. Its E-Club USA, and they just approved me for a new lay-a-way program.

And forgot to say that the caller ID says Huntington Beach, Ca like Anne said above. :)

I keep getting calls from this number also. I refuse to answer since I do not know who it is.
