Received call from this number claiming to confirm delivery of a package (Troy). Returned call, after a great deal of effort I determined it was a telemarketer attempting to push loan mods. Based on the number of violations of CA law (number is on DNC list, "Troy" said he was recording the call--absolute breach in California, a two-party consent state) and federal law, I''m guessing that this company is hawking bogus loans.
If you are in the market for something they're selling, find another vendor.

We received a notice from a Fictitious Business with this phone number. When I did a search it says the number belongs to a Christian Fernandez.
