This number has been calling for several days and I decided one day to pick it up and the guy stated that I am going to be arrested for unpaid loans. I laughed and said whatever I have not taken any loans and if you  need to contact my attorney call 911. He said Mother Fu**** and hung up. I have not heard from them again. I will let you know if I do. BTW his name was Kevin Varner and he is def. not from this country based on his hadji accent.

First of all , I'd like to introduce myself as a Hacker with a lot of talent and time on my hands.

My Mother was victimized by one of these scammers once, that?s when I decided to put my excess time and talent to reducing the proliferation of these scammers and their perpetrators.

If you received a call from these guys then rest assured they already have your information.
The aren't  trying to steal your identity they already have it.

How did they get your name and number ?

You filled out an online form for either a pay-day loan , a mortgage, or a car loan.
These scammers operate like a normal business. They may have even paid a legitimate company to provide the leads (your information).

If the information grabbing site was set up by one of these scammers then they will get first crack at the chance to steal your money, so usually if you adon't stop them in their tracks the first time, they will continue to sell your information to other scammers.

How to get your name off their list ?

Let them know you know who they are, and keep in mind that we realize that the scammers themselves frequent these boards, so I only provide generalized information, but it should be enough to get your name off their list.

The Master Mind whom shall remain unnamed is based out of New Jersey, and he has a very impressive front company that has office both here in the US and in  Noida UP, India. Also he had a really really really nice Mercedes convertible.

They use the aliases :

Justin Floyd, Justin Crowe,  Justin Curl,  Kevin Foster,  David Parker, and Samantha

None of these names are their real names of course and all of the people calling you are located in India.

The name of the guy that runs that office and the guy that eventually you get transferred to is Mobeen Khan.

According to his phone records he makes a lot of calls to Bareilly, so he either lives there or he goes to school there , or both.

Please fight the urge to Google him there are thousands of Mobeen Khans in this world, and it wasn?t easy finding the right one in a country of a billion people.

He actually comes from a descent middle-class family, except for one of his brothers. Lets not drag them into this just yet.

If you received a call from them , call them and ask for them by their real names, so they feel the same anxiety you felt when they called you. Feel free to threaten to call them back daily if they don?t remove your name from their database.

Remember these guys are in India neither US laws nor Indian laws apply to you. So if you were to call them every 5 minutes for their entire shift or if you were to threaten them in any way , you will not get prosecuted.

BTW their shift runs between 9am ~ 8pm EST

I put a message in here yesterday about them calling me on this number.  Today they have called me on 3 other numbers 786-401-9900 Bryan, 727-378-0227 an attorney (foreigner), 281-670-7252.  The first one was from Chris Prelli on 714-441-8691.  I guess if they switch numbers maybe you won't know.

Chris Prillo, 714-441-8691, has been calling me on my job harrassing me for $700 that I don't owe.  I paid this a long time ago.  I do not owe this.  They cussed out my store manager and I am concerned about losing job.

Chris Prillo called me at the STEIN MART in KNOXVILLE, TN 37919.  They have been harrassing me on my job and they cussed out my store manager.  Stein Mart has called Corporate Office.  I might lose my job over this call.  My home phone 865-584-7395.

I just recived the same call and the stupid man give me an attitude and treatned to take me to court i cursed his a** out and i just got backfrom the police department reporting his a**.

I have received repeated phone calls this week from this number. They have threated to have me arrested. I have repeatly ask for the paper work to prove that I owe this debit. They just tell me to lisen to them and they are trying to help me. I have repeatly told them the last 4 digits of the SS number they are giving me isn't mine. I want these calls to stop. They are calling during my working hours and then get mad when I have to answer the phone here at work. I have saved my phone messages they have left on my cell phone. How can I stop these calls. I'm being told that the company is David Harrison services.

Yet another call from this "Indian Call Center"!!!  Why can't something be done about these calls? When will these people be brought to justice?  We live in the United States of America for God sake! Who do we contact to get something done about this?

These idots are calling me too.  They are calling me from 714-441-8691 and other 800 numbers.  Do not send these clowns any money!  I laugh at them and tell them to send the law enforcement to my house, I'll be waiting for them!

I received a call from this number and yup the man had a strong accent i couldnt even understand his name.Just like everyone esle is saying about being threatn and oweing money. Well I aint falling for it and hope no else does ither.They first called from a number under Miami 305-229-6854

This man is a CRIMINAL and a SCAM artist.  He has an Indian accent.  He steals contact information from loan companies and threatens legal action against people who do not send him money.  He will make harrassing calls to employers and attempt to scare you into submission..  Whatever you do, do NOT send him money. Report him to the police and/or the attorney general in your state as soon as possible.

got same call from 714 number and same name david harrison saying he was an attorney say he was going to send two officers then they would take me to tenite for fedral court tommorrow at 11am the guy has f****ng lost his mind would yall not think cant we sue this guy for this he even cussed my mom

I received a call from this number (Law offices of David harrison) as the main office number and also a direct line at 530-287-4270 from a strong accented man name Justin Floyd who then tranfered me to Tom Jones(not the singer). They stated they were calling on behalf of Cash Advance America. They threatened me that if I did not pay $523 immediately, I would have a police officer at my door in 30  minutes. I had already paid in full for the loan that I had requested. They asked me to use my camera phone and take a picture of my Debit Card  and email it to them. I told them to call me back in 10 minutes so that i could call the REAL company i borrowed the money from. They even went as far as having some else call me and say he was Officer John Smith Badge #212 and was coming to my home in 15 minutes with an arrest warrent. I told them i was contacting the FBI and after that I did not get anymore calls.

Got the same call today....said he was going to arrest me and my boss if I didnt call back to pay my legal bills. Legal Bills??? I dont even have a speeding ticket. One of these numbers got a hold of my sons cell a few months ago and it was the same thing. Just ignore and they will go away

I am getting calls from this number also saying he is an attorney and if I don't give him authorization to deduct money from my account he's going to have me arrested. He has my home phone and address. He claims it is resulting from an unpaid payday loan when I asked for more information he became extremely mad he said his name is Justin Vise then later someone else called and his name is Alan Smith.  They both have a strong accent or maybe its the same person Im just trying to find out who they are and if it is a scam what can I do

he called out my boyfriends exact social and DOB, We filed police reports and had the credit agenciies put a freeze on his credit files He has  no credit but we dont want it messed up by some moron either.

I WAS GETTING CALLS FROM A JACKSON FIRST AND IT WAS FROM AN ALABAMA NUMBER. SHE WAS TELLING ME THAT SHE WAS TAKING ME TO COURT AND WOULDN'T SAY WHAT FOR AND WOULD HANG UP. NOW ITS THE SAME PERSON AND ITS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a cal  yesterday at 6:26 P.M..
from a man with a foreign accent;
iwhich  sounded like an Indian accent
He told me that he was sending
police  to arrest me in a few minutes!
He said that they would bring me to
the superior court in New York where
I would be jailed overnight and presented
with papers the next morning
stating that I owed a payday loan
of $429.00, which I had not payed
back since 2009.  I could not get
any more information from him,
He only would provide me with my
name, address, phone number
, and the loan amount of #429.00.
He did not make any demands for money.
  I called back and he answered
saying that it was a law office.
I had a friend call back and a kid
answered who did not have any
accent. When questioned he hung up.
He has not called back again.

it all started when he called my sister telling her she owed 10k and he was trying to help but would send her to court on fraud and have her arrested as well as her boss and her references on a 500.00 payday loan.  He then began cussing her out calling her all types of names. Gave a California bar # (stated he was an attorney) to me when i asked her to let me talk to him which is fake.

I got a message from them on my cell and work.  They never said what it was for only that they were coming to my home or work tomorrow for some lawsuit.  I called them back and some witchy Indian woman answered and said, what, you don't know about this?  I said nope, this is a scam.  She got all sorts of pissy with me and said she was calling from a law firm and I said, no you aren't, this is an Indian call center.  She hung up on me.  Freaking strange people.

my dumb a** done got caught with this.. but this indian prick seems to settle for less because he claims i have to pay 10,000 but he simply settled for stealing my last 200 bucks. what a shame. smh.

Received three calls from "Jack Taylor" asking for Tony Houston. He said he was calling from a law firm with a case for my firm. I asked for more information, at which point he started switching between accusing me of lying about working for the FBI and complimenting me for making him smile. CREEP alert.

I received call as well - several days in a row. Threats of complaint against me and a $10,000 law suit. I hung up on him once and have ignored additional calls. I did apply for payday loans, but NONE were granted. He references my information submitted to various pay day loan companies and threatens to send an officer to my home (names my physical address) or my employer to put us all in custody. First time he called, it was a Virgin Islands phone number, today it was the California number. He says he is an attorney, Ray something with last and final warning. Repeated his name and number several times 714-441-8691. He has an Indian or Jamaican accent.

I just got another call today from 714-441-8691, this time his name was Jeff Tyler.  He calls so much that my co-workers and my self think of crazy things to say to him next.  But I do have a new development......I pissed him off so bad this time, he called me back twice yelling f*** you repeatedly.  I have made it to a positive and use this guy as a verbal punching bag for the day's stress.....
