Received same txt message from same number.  How did you file the complaint?

714-454-7576 Just received a TXT message on my cell that states "debthelp55 . com  Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call?" Not sure who this people are, but I WILL be reporting the TXT and the website for spamming, as I did not request any such information, and my cell number is on the Do Not Call list. Plus, I have a limited TXT plan and this is just one more unrequested message that goes against my bill.

Same message as above posters. "we can lower your mortgage..." blah blah blah. I get about 2 per week and I always reply back saying "Remove my number from your list." Obviously it doesn't work. I don't dare open their website. This has "worm infestation" written all over it.

Just got a text from 7144547576 with:

Just got one. How do you stop these unwanted messages?

I too am on the Do Not Call list and received this txt message unsolicited.  I reported them to the DNC as well, but I didn't reply back to the solicitor.  Don't want them to know it is a real phone number.

Received a text message this morning on my Verizon cell phone (on Do Not Call list) from 714-454-7576, an AT&T cell phone. This is an unknown number to me. The text message stated: "Is your mortgage payment too expensive? Our Loan Modification program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?"  I will report and protest the behavior of this sender to government and other sites.

Received a text from this number about lowering my mortgage rate. I tried to call the number back and low and behold you it does not let you get through. I called my cell phone company to let them know and to put a note in my records about this particular number that way if it happens again they will not charge me for the text on this number.

Same here (also from 714-454-7950 and 526-243-0959) Did the DNC thing and called my cell phone provider and had all numbers blocked...

Received a text message this morning on my Verizon cell phone (on Do Not Call list) from 714-454-7576, an AT&T cell phone. This is an unknown number to me. The text message stated: "Is your mortgage payment too expensive? Our Loan Modification program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?"  I will report and protest the behavior of this sender to government and other sites.
If the person who owns this number blames a marketing company, she should identify that company on the internet and file a business complaint.

I called (760) 213-2419 and spoke with Iris.  She said she contacted a "marketing company" through CraigsList who said they could drive leads to her through a couple of domain names, etc., etc.  She said it was great for a couple of months and then she started to be blamed for all of the junk messages that this company generated for her.  From what I could gather, she had no idea this would happen, and she wasn't aware the marketing company would resort to unsolicited junk messages (she probably thought they were just going to work through search engine optimization like they said).

I hate it for her.  She is a nice person who has been given a 'guilty until proven innocent' status by the disreputable marketing company that she hoped would help her.

Received text from 7144547576 on 9/16 at 9:11am that read: "loanmod-gov.net Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call?" I'm on the DNC list, so I filed a complaint with them. Then I called the number that was listed for Iris Hansen (760-213-2419) and a woman answered. I asked for Iris & she said I had the wrong number. I verified the number was the same one listed as the owner of the company who sent me the text, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Looks like Iris has changed her number and some poor sucker is going to get lots of hate calls (either that or she's a really good liar).

Received a text from 714-454-7576 at 11:30PM which woke me up.  I called the number above 760-213-2419 and of course only received a machine.  Left msg to remove my number and also reported to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

I called and left a message on Ms. Hansen's machine.  I got a text and went directly to donotcall.gov and registered my cell phone again.  I DO NOT APPRECIATE A SOLICITATION TEXT!!

I too received the annoying text messages from 714-454-7576 aka depthelp55.com - the owner of the number is IRIS HANSEN and I called her and left messages to stop their Irritating  text 'telemarketing' so maybe IF EVERYONE CALLED AND DID THE SAME SHE WILL GET HER COMPANY TO STOP AND UNDERSTAND THE WAY WE FEEL.

I've reported this to the FCC, so hopefully something will be done about it.

Will not resolve the problem but it is more in line with my thoughts for these people.

WE ALL NEED TO REPORT THIS NUMBER TO THE FCC AND THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!! They will only take action if they receive hundreds of complaints and what this person is doing is completely illegal and inappropriate and needs to be investigated!

This 2:51am text read as followed:

The text woke me up in the middle of the night and I do not even have a mortgage. The website this company uses is especially misleading in that it includes "gov" which attempts to denote a U.S. federal government affiliation.
