You can notch it up a few steps on the reports. These kind of company's fall under the FTC and I'm betting you can file complaints with the PUC as well, not to mention your State Attorney General.

These jerks call all 3 lines in my house at least once a day. We've NEVER picked up the phone and they've never left a message. I reported the number to the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry but who knows if that really helps. I blocked my number and call this number back and get a message that it's not in service. Who the hell falls for any kind of phone scam anymore that they continue this?? Everyone needs to warn their vulnerable grandparents or elderly parents to never give out any personal info over the phone. These are the only people I can imagine they're hooking. What a pity.

rec'd a call again yesterday at 3pm.

Their calls are blocked by my phone - only one ring so I know it's a blocked call...

Maybe it is a spoofed #. That may explain why the call block does not work properly.

They just called again and I don't have the proper info from AG's office or CPUC yet, so I just let it go to VM.

Still getting calls even tho the calls from them are blocked.  They're either too stupid to notice or using some kind of robo-calling system.

They just called again. FWIW, Pac-west is the original provider, They informed me that

"Thank you for contacting Pac-West Telecomm to make us aware of the issues
you have been experiencing. After investigating this issue we have
confirmed that our company no long owns TN 7144648531 as it was ported away to O1 Communications (www.o1.com / support@o1.com) on 6/27/2013. Please contact them for more assistance."

After contacting o1, they denied any liability too, saying the # does not accept incoming calls so it must be spoofed. I use a VOIP service to, and have the option to block all incoming calls if I want, its a setting in the software is all. They really should know that being a provider.

I have reported it to the FCC @ DNC.gov, and will now be checking with the California AG's office and CPUC to see if anything can be done about these slime balls.

These people have to be retarded calling the same people over and over each day from a spoofed phone number.

Scammers calling from a spoofed phone number. No reliable company would do business like this. Crooks!

Today "ANTHONY" called. When I asked for their address he replied "ORANGE". I told him that is not a valid address, that I wanted a USPS address. He promptly hung up on me.

One other note, they seem to keep changing their name as well as refuse to give details.

Remember, Momma always said "Don't talk to strangers"..... well introducing themselves seems to scare these scammers away real fast. I like it.

Get these a lot.  No messages, just 3 rings then a hangup.  I don't recognize the number on caller-ID so don't answer.  Looked the number up on the internet, and after reading all your posts, have filed a complaint with the DNC registry.  I live in a condo...I couldn't do solar if I wanted to...=)  But if I can help you all by reporting them, then that's what I'll do.  Thanks.

They ID'ed themselves as "SMART ENERGY". When I asked for their CSLB #, I got hung up on.

8-17-2013 a Saturday.  Called & hung up when answering machine came on.

Phone screen said ORANGE CA and this number. I answered on the off chance it was a call I was expecting from that vicinity. A guy started talking about power savings and I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and that he was in violation of Federal Law. He started to explain how he could not be considered a telemarketer, but I cut him off, told him we both knew that was hogwash, and that he was now blocked. Which he is, through my carrier's *60 function.

Solar Panel Company - they are trying to save the homeowner's money.  Asked to take me off the list, Mario got testy and said "why don't you want to save money? I am also on the DNC call list. Called at 7:40 pm

Receive calls daily from this number. I pick up the phone and hang up without saying anything. Today, August 15, 2013 they called at 1:00pm, I picked up and hung up and they called back at 2:57pm and I did the same.  We are on the National Do Not Call List. That seems to be a joke as I get way to many calls its not even funny anymore, seriously not even funny.  If an emergency call had to get through I'm afraid my phone might be tied up with these calls that is how bad it is.
