Got a call from Steve from QLS, saying they tried to deliver legal documents and wanted me to schedule delivery time with James and Associates, Steve called from 714-576-2545, James and Associates 714-922-0184, sounded rather fishy, I am glad I did a google search for Steve QLS

This # called my cell and left a mesage saying they were QLS yet when they called my work they said they were James & Associates saying I have payday loan debt yet I dont have any payday loans out there right now. This is a bogous # 714-485-7850

714-485-7850 bogus law firm stating trying to attempt to collect a debt, said sent court papers to my house, twice never received anything really suspicious

I got a call from a private # answered it said I was delivered papers to be sued and I never received anything at my house, said 2nd attempt to collect a debt, said here's a law firm to contact gave Me 714-485-7850 # on account I called it was an attempt to collect $3,00.00 Visa bill back in 2002 I asked his name Thomas Miller of James & Associates wanted Me to fax him my credit card # & expiration date to pay $100 a month then dropped it to $50 a month I said it would have to be at my daughters work fax tomorrow, then I said wait you know what you could be anyone on the other end of this phone I don't give out my information over the phone to anybody you could take any amount you want out of my card oh know thats why your daughter is signing the contract in your name... it's too suspicious to Me, that's why I looked it up on the internet, glad I did they are bogus

Steve with QLS asked for an indivdual that was not in the office.  Told me they tried to deliver legal documents to place of business twice.  Wanted person to call them back to reschedule the delivery.  When asked who they were delivering for and he came up with James & Associates after a long hesitation.

Got a call from  714-485-7850 Stating they are contacting me in regards to a lawsuit pending against me and they want to deliver legal documents. First of all if you are being served they will contact you directly at work through the Sheriffs department to your place of employment if they cant after a final attempt reach you at your home or business residence. This phone call crap is for the birds/ This is a scam. Dont give up your info and place them on your do not disturb reject call list and report them to donotcall.gov

Got a call said they were attys  that has a lawsuit against me

Got a voice mail from a company calling themselves QLS, stating they were hired to deliver legal documents to a distant relative. They left the above # on my vm. When QLS calls their # shows as "Anonymous".

got a call on both my cell & home # from a co indentifying themselves as QLS, stating they were hired to deliver legal docs to me & they left the above # on my vm...the only debt i have is my mortgage & sears...when QLS calls their # shows as PRIVATE
