Repeated calls, even after being put on "don't call" list.

These people continue calling me.  They hung up on me so I called them back yesterday and when I did it said they were telemarkets and if I no longer want calls from them hit "1" then enter your phone number.  Today they are calling me more than ever....  This is a horrible SCAM.

This number has been calling my phone every hour! My husband asked the guy for his ID #, then told him he better quit calling his wife's phone. That was at 7pm, my phone has been silent for an hour and half...lets see if it holds up!!

This number 714 551 6817 just call me today at 1:57 PM Tuesday, March 27, 2012, I said hello! they just keep quiet, then off, I try to call them back they don't answer me, but saying this is marketing, if you don't want this call just press 1, I just press 1, don't know what happen next...

if i were you i would get ahold of your credit card company or bank and cancel ur card asap like before midnight tonight.

they called five times today hung up on me 4, when i got to talk to him i asked him what it was about, the (Roger Watson) guy said that it was for a $100 walmart voucher and all he needed was my card info to make sure that i would be the only one to use that voucher.  I repeatedly told him "no didnt want it" but he wouldnt take no for an answer. He said that he already had my credit card # and i told him i didnt want to pay the $2.95 but he said that he was going to charge me anyways, wouldn't tell me what my card # was so i have no idea how they have it but he kept saying that he was going to charge me anyways and hung up. If this a real company is there anyway i can sue them? Or who else would i file a complaint with besides my local PD.

SAME HERE...AND I'M FED UP ALSO! LITERALLY CALLING ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!

I just got a call 5 minutes ago. A guy telling me i won $100 walmart gift card. Not only did he called one time but several times. Asking  me to give him mailing address  as well as other info. Then telling me it's  a charge of $2.something to send it to me. Umm i knew right away it was a scam. This is crazy.. I told him if i really won. Then he shouldnt need anything from me. Just mail it with a stamp... He hung up!

I have a button on my cellphone that I can add this phone calls to the "reject list."  We'll see if works.

So annoying its like the 10th time they call me

I received 4 phone calls from this number, and they are calling me on my cellphone.  The guy says his name is Roger.  Has  a foreign accent, lot's of noise in the background.  Says I very lucky that I've been called.  I cut him short, and told him not to call my number again.  Lot of good that did, the dumb jerk called again.  Sick of it!

Cancel your card. Say it's lost. Those scammers can't charge you if your cards been stoped. Now if you gave them your account number then your screwed. I'm glad for this site. These scamers have been calling me for a week. I answered them today 5 times and keep telling them to stop calling. I was shocked the 5th time cause the guy said his name was John and he had no Indian  accent like the other guys.

I am so stupid, after reading these post. I cant believe i gave them my visa #,. Idk what to do?

these people with thisphone number have called me 9 times in 24 hours i have done a automatic delete phone number and i have talked to a person and told them to quit calling me and it hasn't stopped with them i don't know how else to get them to stop.

I WAS DUMB ENOUGH T O GIVE THEM MY CC# NOW THEYRE CHARGING ME $30 3 TIMES THIS MONTH IM SO SAD I HAD SAVINGS &THEY CHARGED THE $ FROM THERE NOW MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAFTED IDK WHAT TO DO :(

I have been getting these same calls for about 7 months. These calls are all by the same person called Kevin. He called me four times today while I am at work. I even threatened to sue his company by naming an attorney and he did not care. He still called me back again and even said his name, Kevin. I am so frustrated with this whole thing that I am about to call an attorney.

Stop Calling me

I've been called 7 times yesterday and 13 times today so far.  The first time, this hindu guy said "Good afternoon this is the Saving Benefits Center, how can I help you?"  WTF?  I told him he got the wrong number and that I'm not interested and so I hung up.

This same number (714-551-6817) has been calling me for weeks, between 4-6 times a day!!!! alread ytold them to remove me fro mthe list, and sure enough the calls keep coming!

same thing here they called my cell phone back to back and this is a new cell number so how did they get the number so i dont appreciate telemarketers getting information like that. i don t recognize the number so I don t answer. they're trying to get money from hard working people

I have received 21 calls from this number over the past 7 days. I do NOT answer because I don't recognize the number. Please remove my number 847-873-2381 from the list. Thank you

They keep telling u, u can give me a card that only has 1.00 on it to pay the 2.95 shipping for these gifts. Then if u like the 2 programs u get billed monthly. I felt it was a scam and didn't give any info.

Got it too.  Luckily I can block his number from my cell phone.  Also, I just don't answer numbers I don't know or 800, 866 numbers.  They want to leave me a message and tell me who they are, I might call them back, if they are legit.

Have told these people to take me off their list.  It's coming through 4, 5 times a day.

correction tried to call it again and it said something about a telemarketing department and to put your number in to be removed from the list.

grr of course it is busy if you try to call it back.
