They call almost every day.  I refuse to answer.  I haven't been scammed yet and I'm not starting with AT T.

Recently I've gotten calls from this number a few times a week, often 2-3 times on the same day. I answered once. Nobody said anything for a few seconds. I remained silent. When I heard a tentative "Hello?" without the man asking for me by name, I hung up, since it sounded like he had no idea who he was calling. Probably  some telemarketer using auto-dialing. I searched online and found that this number belongs to Peerless Network of California LLC, and it is a mobile phone in Westminster or Orange, California.

I get a call every day, 2 rings hangs up, no message. I believe they are trying to get a call back to do a reverse toll charge?

I get called at least 3 times daily from this number, my caller ID shows [AT T 714-551-6871 ]. No one is ever on the line, my answering machine picks it up, and there is dead silence for about 1 minute or so before disconnect. One time I answered it and said hello, nothing, no response or anything. A search says it is a land-line in Orange CO California.

Calls a couple of times a day.  I always let it go to voice mail.  They just hang up.  

Yup. No message. Must be spam.

Me too. Today. Just one call. No one on the line, but no disconnect that I could hear.
