I put my number on the do not call list an I am still getting calls from this number...What the hell I  be getting call block to block this kind of trash now..

I am receiving calls after calls from this number. I pick up and no one responce.. I am very annoyed and sick of this number calling me all the time. I want this to 'STOP"!!!!!

i just let my fax machine pick it up, they paid for the call and not nothing for it, oh i kill the fax a few seconds after its answered and theres no chance of them sending me a fax.

Last chance to lower your interest rates. When I mentioned taking me off their call list the guy hung up. Last week I got a call from the same "company". It was a lady that came on the line after the computer voice. When I mentioned I wanted my number removed she told me to "quit answering my telephone". Enough already! I have reported this to the Missouri Do Not Call Complaint Department. We will see....

On the Do Not Call registry.  Caller claimed to be an agency named the Homeowners Assist Line to assist with HARP refinancing.  They provided the above number, but my caller ID showed no area code (I reside in the Los Angeles area): 660-7995.  Caller asked for my email, last 4 digits of my social security, date of birth, and other personal info.  When I stated I was uneasy to provide this info over the phone and asked him to mail me something in writing, he was insistent on me providing my email instead.  When I stated that I believed this was a scam, he became extremely argumentative and defensive.

Another 800notes poster got their address as 20251 Acacia St., Ste 120 or 100, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

HCA Global is a call centre using name "Homeowners Assist Line." They refuse to provide their address. Sold a lead to InterCap Lending, 949-484-6324, www.intercaplending.com.

Robo-calling = telemarketing. The ROBOT called from 310-660-7995. When I called them back for the real company name, they said it's HCA Global, but they refused to provide an address for their call centre, i.e., they do not want to be visited by a process server delivering lawsuit papers. HCA Global sold lead to intercaplending.com, 949-484-6324.

Recorded message from "Homeowner's Assist Line". It was a recorded message that talked about mortgage rates and what's happening with them. It was not a telemarketer, or any of the available call types listed below.

Just got a BS call from  this number. No response on the phone. I answered it since I get business calls from the area code. &*(()*()(^*%&%$&^$#$%^#.... substitute any profanity you like.

Caller listened for a moment then hung up.

The more people who file a complaint - it only takes 5 minutes, the more the FCC can crack down on crap like this.

Non-profit companies are not exempt. Only political organizations, charities and telephone surveyors are exempt. Here's a good explanation of the difference:

Recorded messages are illegal whether or not you are on the do not call registry. I urge you all to file a complaint at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. I have been on the do not call registry for years. I rarely get calls from telemarketers. I have asked this company (HCA Global) to stop calling me, but they continue to call. They seem to think they are above the law. Please FILE A COMPLAINT so that the FTC will take some action against this company.

Both my hubby and I received calls from this number this morning on our cell phones.  Unfortunately it went to VM so am sure will get some more from these folks.

Have received several robo calls from this number on my cell phone, and in addition they call my teenage son's cell number the same day. I  have never contacted this company at all, am puzzled as to how they got our cell numbers.
They are HCA Global, claims to be a "charitable" organization helping homeowners retain their homes, but then say rates are low and talk about refinancing or buying a home on the message. They appear to be a California company. The problem is I lost my home to foreclosure on 5/21/2012, and no longer even live in CA! Yep, it is almost a YEAR later. Makes me very very angry to receive calls like this.
I called them back on 3/28/2013, and told them very firmly NOT to call me again, lost my house, etc., told them if they called again I wouldn't be nice. He apologized and said they wouldn't call again.
So today, 4/12/2013, both my son and myself received calls from them on our cells! Called them and YELLED and worse, they hung up on me. I would be very surprised if they called again. Also filed a complaint with the FCC, and will be doing the same under  my son's cell number. (BTW, on their message they say to call them back at 949 407-5868, but I got through on the 714 number.)

I received a call from this # and just silence on the other end. I called it back and hit "2". recording comes on stating punch n your 10 digit #, which I did and was told my # would b removed....will see!
