i am tired of being called at all hours of the day by this debt consolidation group. services .. they informed me that they have all my personal information. social number. bank account number. and a major credit account number.  and have threatened me because they have S.S.# number. need help immediately..

They aquired my information from when I filled out a politcal survey. Just turned on my phone today, and saw that they called 8 times in 18 hours !
Lesson learned, do not participate in surveys.

They called me and stated that I requested information but honestly I'm not sure if I did. But after listening to a counselor by the name of Javier Williamson explain the program to me for a couple of minutes I became interested. Now after at least an hour we filled out what he said was an application to approve my accounts for lower interest rates. Reluctantly I went through the entire process and actually was approved and have received 3.99% interest rates on three credit cards that I have been trying to pay down for a while. Though I went out on a limb it proved to be a successful venture. All I can say is personally it worked for me and Mr Javier Williamson was very informative and pleasant to deal with. I would only suggest that if your interested you actually follow through before you claim to be scammed by what has turned out to be a legitimate company for me.

This number calls me at least twice a day for the last month or so even though I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. They never leave a message and I am tired of it. I have never answered but from what I gather it is a debt consolidation and do not care to engage in their services. I don't know how to make them stop calling.

DO NOT SPEAK WITH THESES PEOPLE. They are debt consolidation. They contacted my boss on his cell phone that is registered with the DO NOT CALL list. Told him they would get his credit card interest rates lowered to 2%. He informed them they needed to speak with me RE: the information they needed. I knew there was more to it. Turns out to be debt consolidation. It will RUIN your credit if it is not done with a TRUE not for profit org. The fees they claim they do not have will take away from money you could be paying to the creditors! Call your BBB to locate a Reputable Non Profit Credit Councilor in your area!

I have a voicemail from this number and it says that the caller "charged it straight" to someones account. This is suppossed to be a debt councelor and the so called "councelor" did not know he was on the phone and being recorded and was bragging about identity theft. This is the number he called me on 714-551-9737.

I too keep getting called from this number. They must be a scam. I kept asking for more information, they said they were sending me an email, it has been several days and no email, no mail.

I too received a call from this number, but from a Mike Cumberland. He has a lot of information about me and my account information. When I asked him how he got my information, he told me my creditors contacted him. I called to verify with my creditors, they did not contact him. He was very rude at the end when I asked him to remove my information and then told me that I would have to file bankruptcy. I have never been late or missed a payment. I think this is a scam!

Person IDs himself as Javier Williamson a Supervisor with Member Service Provider(MSPUS.org). Says that I requested to be contacted about lowering the interest rates on my credit cards.
