I called this number back, it is WCA Subscribers as the other posters said. I don't know if they change us the number option selections but to save a minute or two and frustration, when you call to take your number off select option 5 then option 2. I had to select option 2 just as the woman started speaking because if I waited until she was done the system kept telling me I had an invalid response. Good luck!

Just got a call from this number...a recorded message was left by a machine about the IRS being able to do various things to paychecks, bank accounts, etc if someone has "tax problems". The message (which was probably assuming someone answered the call) indicated to press 1 to speak with a "tax consultation specialist" or press 3 to "opt out". There was no company name on the message.

This number called my cell phone yesterday. It called my Magic Jack number today. The Magic Jack number is not published anywhere and has never even been used because I just activated it last weekend. So they must be dialing every single number in every area code to find active phones that actually ring. If not, they're idiots who don't know how to use their auto-dialer.

Just got a call to my cell from this number. Didn't answer, and they left no message. I called the number back, and it went straight to a recording stating that it is WCA Subscriber Services, and that my number was registered into their system. They apparently offer daily drawings and other stuff. I sat through the 5 minutes of prompts to cancel my number from their system.
