This number calls me in blocks of time, they'll call every day for a month then stop for up to 3 months. The caller ID reads VOIP. I never answer strange or unknown names and numbers, no message was left.

called the number back with my magic jack.  answered as being harmon research.  voice mailbox was full
may or may not be the company in anaheim, calif and mexico and costa rica

i am retired and have nothing better to do so i like to answer these calls and mess with them.  this guy, with an accent so thick i could barely understand him, said he was doing a restaurant survey,  he asked if i was over 16.  i said yas he asked me how old i was.  i lied and  said 93.  he said i did not qualify.  i put the phone down by my tv speaker and when i came back a while later he had hung up
voip caller, which let me know it was going to be a scam before i even answered

called me at 8:10 pm. phone rang 3 times before I answered. they had hung up already. don't know who it is, left no message.

They said they were time warner cable doing a survey. I hung up

Everyone has a different story with this number.... They asked me my area and wanted to know my opinions on restaurants. I said I don't eat out but yet they asked me my address to confirm my area even though I don't know restaurants..... Hmm strange! They called me twice and the 2nd time a I answered. Dang cant people learn no means no?!

Got a call on my cell while in heavy traffic - very polite guy named Jeremy said he was with Harmon co. doing a survey ..... all I had to say was "this is a business cell" and he apologized, said they would not call again and hung up!!
Maybe just tell them its a cell # - most of them don't know who they are calling!!!

This number call at least 2x a day , need to block them.

The message states that the company is named Arc Research. No way of getting them to stop without a live human being.

Called again tonight.  Already BLOCKED!  We were not in, but it should have rung ONCE and then disconnected, thus 'confusing' the robodailer or at least indicating to it that it is now blocked.  TOO BAD RASHEED!

At first I suspected a potential bogus call butt was expecting a call from a doctors office....

well....I was right the first time!!!! I made the "mistake" for answering THINKING it was a doc office from Orange County....WRONG!!!!

So stoopid F~N SURVEY!!!!!  I told them to lose my number NOW it's blocked...HA!

Received a miss call 5:58pm tonight. No voicemail.

Called 2 nights in a row first at 10PM then 11:30PM...I'm about to file a harassment complaint!

WHY on God's earth did you ANSWER THEIR SURVEY???  You have NO OBLIGATION to provide ANY info to TOTAL STRANGERS - especially those of FOREIGN ORIGIN!!!  You MAY have just provided enough info for them to STEAL YOUR IDENTITY!  It probably was not even a REAL, LEGIT SURVEY!!!

At the very least, by engaging with them, you have now "done business" with them, and they can call you non-stop as much as they want per DNC List rules UNLESS you TELL them to STOP now.  They CAN and probably WILL share you NUMBER, and any other info you provided them (such as your name, address, preferences, etc.) with 'associates', i.e. OTHER SCAMMERS!

As to 'saving' your sick son from the phone ringing, you can just PICK UP/HANG UP after the first ring to STOP the call and CONFUSE the ROBODIALER, and that may help cut on the variety and frequency of these calls.  THEN you can BLOCK all unwanted numbers after that.

I would start watching my credit reports carefully, if I were you.  You can request one FREE credit report from EACH of the three main agencies yearly; so I would recommend you do one every 4 months, rotating amongst the three.

Got call on my house phone from 714-598-1735, VOIP Caller showed up on caller id, don't usually answer but did because my son is terribly sick and the phone ringing constantly keeps waking him up.  It was of course someone foreign with a survey - answered the questions as best I could seeing I could hardly understand him and while on the house phone with him my cell phone started ringing, guess what that came up as - yup, VOIP!  Finished survey and hung up, now they're blocked on both my house phone and cell phone!

Caller ID said "VOIP Caller" the mark of a CRIMINAL.  No message left.  Called two hours after another SPAM call from "Wireless Caller" at 803-239-7330 on a line that is seldom used.  They let it ring 3.5 times and then disconnected just as machine was picking up.  Both likely CRIMINALS and probably the same entity; legit businesses do not operate like this.

Called while no one was home, so don't know if they called our regular line or our private, unlisted business line.  Got an earlier call while still home on the business line today from "Wireless Caller" at 803-239-7330 (Credit Card Phishing SCAM hawking 'free' Bahama cruises) so don't know if these two are coming from the same SCAM source.

Anyone who calls with "VOIP CALLER" whom is NOT someone we know is a SCAM as far as we're concerned.  LEGIT companies DO NOT DO THAT.  They are likely using the 'survey' ruse as a way to 'disarm' those they call into thinking its a legal, legit call, which, it most likely IS NOT.  LIKELY a SCAM to collect PERSONAL INFORMATION on people.

Its been pretty quiet as far as these calls over the last few weeks, but today seemed to start up again in 'earnest.'  Have a Craigs List ad with my business phone running, but number is 'hidden' within the ad, so as to cut down on spam.

Called at 10 pm. Rang 4 times then hung up. I do not answer numbers I do not know. Only listed California as caller. They did not leave a message.

This number has been calling me day after day at about the same time.  No one is on the line.  No idea what the deal is!

the same thing has been happening to me.  How can we stop these calls from coming thru?

This number keeps calling my home phone. I tried to call it back and I get a full voicemail box. I tried using 0 to get an operator - nothing. I blocked them on my phone but it still rings once and that is just as annoying. They call about 5 times per day. What company is this? Does anyone know?
