My sister called me hysterical, told me that this number called and left her a message saying if she does not call back right away, "I feel sorry for you". So she called back and same story. She supposedly never paid back a payday loan and that criminal charges were being filed against her. I knew something was not right so i called the number and they tried to pull the same thing with me. I totally chewed the guy out and he hung up on me. I called back and continued my rant and they hung up on me again. I called my sister back and told her I knew it was a scam. She was relieved.

I got the same call- they said they are coming to my job tomorrow to escort me to court- I know I have not done anything wrong- I am scard and don't know what to do- I did call them back and informed them that the police would be waiting for them- they just hung up on me!

They are fake collectors, I had same problem, dont pay them anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are scammers.... You need to file complaints with FTC, Secret Service, FBI, local police department and state attorney generals office....If you can, try to get an address OR western union account number from them so the FBI can better track them...

I recd a message from a Sam Wilson asking me to call 714-598-4047 and if I didn't call I needed
to have my attorney call and if I didn't call back he wished me the best of luck with my situation.
Well I called and someone answered and they asked for my phone number and I told them no that
they had my number because they called me. He then asked my name and I then told him
that I already know that this is a scam. He asked me why I called him then if it was a scam and I
said to tell you not to call my work ever again. He then said for me to never call him again and he
hung up on me.
I hope this doesn't continue

like most of you I too recieved this threatening call. India accent and threatening words of jail, he scared my wife and I, and we decided to chech his case out on the BBB.  Red Flag, sCAM. We too have applied for small loans on the web. Big mistake. No loans were granted, but my name was sold to scam artists. Privacy gauranteed my back leg. Anyway I trust only one thing....these a/./.oles can't be trusted.

They just called me today. I freaked out and almost paid them!! How can they get away with this?? Said I owed 8000 and was going to jail!! So scary!

We called the Attorney Generals Office, not much they can do.  We have called them and harrassed them ....we have been calling them all night they don't like it so much. Please do not get upset you will not lose your job and go crazy on them and they will NOT call you back... trust me!

Got the call today and just like all of the other posts the story was the same. Unfortunately I have had this happen another time and knew it was a fruad.... I started harrassing them today between me and cmy finance we have calledf them a dozon or so times, they no longer answer their phone... trust me I called them every name in the book and then some...for a moment I lost it!

These people are calling my office & telling other employees that I am involved in a legal matter and if I don't call them back they will come to my office on Monday and drag me to court.  They will not identify the creditor other than saying Insta Cash and say it has to do with payday loan.  They have my bank info and work & cell #s.  Even after I get them to hang up on me, they call back in a few minutes like we never talked!  How do you get rid of them????

I also got a message and this guy actually stated he was a detective.  In what country?  I'm not saying it's a scam...they are a collection agency of some sort.  I have defaulted on a couple of payday loans so I know I owe someone, but not these guys.  Just keeping the voicemail recordings to see how far they will lie!!

I got a much similiar call from some one named Jude from United attorneys.  He said last week that I would be taken to court today if I didn't give them my attorneys information.  I told them that I have a call in to the FBI and they haven't called me back since.

These people have called me several times they got my info from off line.  Im changing my number.

dont worry about it ive got 6 calls from different numbers and when i told them i talked to the attorney genral they started to get angry and cussing me when asked for thier   LAW BAR number they hung up they are a fraud company they also told me they where going to come and get me and take me to court  when i asked them what court they really got pissed off said not to worry about that , ITS ALL A SCAM DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING when i started to talk law they hung up the phone , talk to them as they do you ask them for a bar number they dont know what that is and then they will tell you if you ask to speak to their attorney the aswer is the attorney dont want to talk to you

I have received two calls like this.Both sounding like they were from a foreign country the first was from 4804220193 in which I spoke to a woman stating that they were from a law firm calling to inform me about an online loan I defaulted on. I knew for a fact I never received any loan but they had alot of my information like my address, ss#, bank account info. I just basically told them to F**k off and once they told me they were having a investigating officer come to my residence they never called back. The call I had received from the 7145984047 was not even for me but they insisted I was lying and continued the calls for 2 weeks. After cursing them out numerous times the man who claimed to be a Steven Johnson which sounded like he was from arabia or some foreign country told me he was having an investigating officer come and prove I wasn't who he was looking for and hung up on me. hopefully they wont call back but who knows

I got a call from this number and was told I have bank fraud agqinst me.

i received a call from this company before and they treatened to take to to court and said the next day i would be arrest at work for a loan...they did tell me who the loan was through and i called that company and they had nothing in my name so they advised me this is a scam...this was after i was so scared i paid them 200 but not the other 600 they wanted.  now they are calling me again i dont want to answer the phone and thinking about changing my phone number this is a total scam  dont let them get your money.

I received the same call! they said i over 5000 this including bail. if i paid them in next week in payment to equal $700 they would accept that. I called back and some guy came on phone saying that this guy will run off with my money.  Then got guy back and he kept putting me on hold, said something to someone in different language then hung up in my face. I'm going to police to have this so called loan investigated.

I received this call from someone with a strong foreign accent (Indian/Phillipine).  Since, I've recently figured out a recent scam with another company the first thing that I asked him was "what is your mailing address".  He became defensive and said "why do you need my address, you're the one being sued?".  I then asked him the name of his company where he told me ith was United Attorney Services.  I said "thank you, that's all I need to know".

WARNING:  If a company, collector or attorney won't give you a mailing address or only wants to do credit via credit card (no money order) than they are most likely not legitimate.

I will report this number to the better business bureau, alerting them of this number and scam; and advise others to do the same.  Thank you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. After receiving the call for a couple weeks, I finally called back and they said the same thing everyone else said. I checked my bank statements to see if I could find a loan, no loan. I called back and asked for the loan date and the loan amount, they could not give it to me. So I called back again after now knowing it was a scam and said I would pay the amount to avoid going to court. He sounded excited and put me on hold for a minute, I told him i did not have a card anymore so I would need to send a check to them and asked who to make it out too. They do not except checks, only online transfers. Ha. After arguing with the do***ebag asking why they couldnt give me the information I requested and why they couldnt take a check he hung up on me. So believe me you TOTAL BU***HIT. I would advise to tell them youll pay them and tell them your only form of payment is a check, and ask for the loan amount and date, and CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!! They wont call back.

I received a call from this number and was told that I owe over 8000 to an online loan company. I knew that I had borrowed from one before and that I'm still paying on it regularly. They made me think that I was past due on payments and told me that I would be escorted to court by someone the following week if I didn't pay them. I was told that I had the option of an OOCR if I payed them 897.00. I informed them that I did not have that kind of money on me. They said that I could set up payment arrangements. I really though I was in trouble so I went ahead and did that. I have only paid them 100.00 but I closed my account because I read all of the other information on this number. A man named Jude calls me continuously at least 10 times a night. I don't know what else to do. I'm afraid if this really is a debt that I owe I will be in trouble since I closed my account.

I also received a call from this number saying that a payday loan company was coming after me for over $8,000. I told them to go ahead and report me that I hadn't borrowed any money. It's obviously a scam to take money from people. I'm not too worried about it. The guy couldn't even speak good english.

Got the same phone call, they told me I was going to be served a subponea to go to court and I was being charged with fraud and I had to pay over $8,000! They wanted the name of my attorney! They were very rude and would not answer any of my questions, just kept telling me they didn't have any information other than what they had told me. They couldn't tell me who I owe money to or how they obtained my information. They did agree that if I paid $896.00 they would not take me to court. I did not cooperate fast enough so the lady hung up on me. I tried call the number back and a recording kept coming on saying the number dialed was invalid!!!!

GOT THE SAME CALL CALLED HOMELAND SECURITY TO REPORT FRAUD

I have been getting the same call for over a month and they will not identfy what company I owe but they want me to send them $743.  they just started back calling today stating they need my attorney information.  I wish that there was something that coudl be done i have recieved 5 calls in the last 10 minutes.  I am so irritated!!!

I got a call telling me I am being charged with check fraud and they are coming to my work to escort me to court. Said i am being charged over $5000. They have called me work and threatened me and told my work they will be charged. I need this stopped before I loose my job!!!!!

they call stating your in default of your loan and if you dont responded they will come to your work place and have you takin to court THIS IS A SCAM
