REceived call from a na individual stating that the call was being recorded and that the reason for the call was my having recently requested information about furthering my education.  I am retired, have no interest at all in going back to any kind of school and when I asked where and when I made the inquiry he just said I have it on my screen to call to provide the information request. I informed him that I never made any such request and that I have my number on the Do Not Call List and since his company (name never provided) had no business relationship with me his call was in violation of Federal Law. He apologized and said he would remove my numbre from their system.  I reminded him that since the call was recorded it would be in his best interest to do so since any further calls would result in his being named in the complaint with the FTC and any legal proceedings would include his name name as being liable for damages that I would be awarded in court.  He hung up - wonder why???
