Someone called my number and asked for me by name. The secretary said no it is (her name) the person said my name again she said " no its (her Name) then the line went dead.

I am pretty sure I am being spoofed by a family that knows my brother. They send me calls from unknown and known sources to irritate me. they have done this in the past. Any suggestions on how to stop spoofers?
