Innovative Teleservices calls on behalf of the Childhood Leukemia Foundation. They are not a charity and here is the law about these calls according to the FTC site about the DNC.
Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.
If you call Innovative Teleservices and tell them that you have asked to not be called and you continue to get calls, call their corporate office and ask to be removed and recite the paragraph above. We called and they guy said "I know the law. What is your phone number to be removed".

Innovative Teleservices Inc calls me every day.........they say they represent several charities which is why they can call even tho you are on the dnc list. I called back all four numbers..........if you wait til the very end, there is a way to req being put on THEIR dnc list. If they call here again, I will report them. Four calls in four days is a little much & I don't GAS if they are representing charities. I don't want them calling here. To me they are no less annoying than any other j***off telemarketer.
