They called me in FLorida at 5:10pm,but I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.

They called me from the 714 number too.  I pressed Ext 1 to hear all about their so called "1%" interest rate.  When a live person came on the first words they said were..."so you want to hear more information?"  I replied, "your company just made a telemarketing solicitation to my cell phone.  Why are you calling my cell phone w/ automated recordings?" The telemarketer sat in silence for 5 seconds, then hung up on me.  I go to call them back and all you get is the auto recording.  How frustrating!!!  You can't even talk to these people.

The call is a recorded message for a mortgage company.  I received the same call last week from 815-960-1840.  This time I listened to the message and hit "1" when prompted to get more information.  That then rang me into a live person.  I asked that my cell phone number be removed from their list and she hung up on me.

Called several times now (2 or 3).  I did not answer.  They left a message once, about a mortgage company.

They called my cell phone!! How did they get my number? I don't give it out on surveys or applications, or anything. This needs to stop.

i got called same as everyone else..start being pro-active and cancel your cell phone service for 1,3,or 6 months..when the cellular providers see their accounts being cancelled at the rate of 1-2 million/day, they will work like the dickins to resolve this intrusive phone spamming and then beg to get your business back. develope some backbone and fight back even if you have to make sacrifices

at 3:35pm EST on 4/27/07 I received a call from this number. I did not answer and caller didn't leave voice mail.

Same caller (Mortgage Bank); same number (714-629-0306). I rang off immediately I heard the words "Mortgage Bank"; but they probably have a data bank entry that I responded, and will sell that info to other telemarketers.  Telemarketing to cell cell phones is prohibited by law.  I encourage all telephonees to send letters to the Federal Trade Commission, as I am doing.  While FTC have never actually corrected any abuse in any area they have been commissioned to regulate (speaking as a former employee), they do maintain a record of similar complaints and report them periodically to Congress, who may eventually strengthen oversight.

This is a mortgage refinancing company, supposedly. You have to press 1 to talk to a real person, who will refuse to tell you their company name or address. If you tell them they are violating the Do Not Call list, they say they will remove your name. But then 3 months later, they will call you back.

People, when they call, press #1 to talk to a live rep.  Then string them along for as long as you can!  Tell them you're interested, give them fake personal details...really play along!  I had some stupid lady on the phone for almost 5 minutes before she realized I was playing her.  These chumps lose money when you tie them up on the phone, so that should be the goal!

I got a call today from this number.  Yesterday the same company called from 815-960-1840.  I don't answer when it's an unrecognized number.  How are they getting my cell phone number?

I knew there was a problem when the lady called me "Guy," but I kept listening and found out that it was some mortgage company.
Caller ID says it's from Santa Ana, CA.

didn't know the number so I didn't answer it. If it was important I guess they would have left message ... chalk it up to junk mail call.

They just called me too. I did not answer. They left no message.

They just called my cell phone at 9:30 at night! I wish I would have kept the voice mail and turned them in.

The person on the line said she was from a mortage company and says I have been approved for a mortage, the asks for my personal info.  All in one sentence.  That's wehn I hung up.

They call and do not leave a message!!! Because they are telemarketers.  I called the number back from a land line and it was some recording say how if I miss they're call to hang up and hopefully we will call you back with our great offer.  They have a do not call list you can enter your number in if you continue listing to the message when you call the number back.

Nobody was on the other end when I answered.
