Got a robo call from this one today. Data Corp Inc. was on the caller ID. A goggle placement scam? I pushed the 1 button a few times until I got Brando on the phone. All I said to him is that he was a f**king stupid a$$hole, that no body loved him, and that he should go kill himself. Then I hung up. It must have upset Brandon the f**king stupid a$$hole because he called back, but I just hung up on him again. I hope he takes my advice.

Got a call.  Every other word was yeah-very unprofessional.  Asked for person who does not work in this office.  Wanted to talk to this person about their website.  I know for a fact this person does not have a website.  If we did want to use this type of service, it would be with someone courtesy and professional of our choosing.

I have to agree with heather. This is crazy get all these weird telephone calls.. the most of them are foreigners with a cotton picken united states telephone numbers.  Would really like to grab a hold of them shake I'm asking what are you doing? By the way have a good day Heather .

This scam company is called Local Splash. We get these calls all the time at our business. This last caller, "Debby", had zero idea what she was talking about and was very rude. She just got nastier every time I asked her a question she couldn't answer ... which was all of them. She never did get around to explaining exactly what she wanted though, which we all know is money.

Total scam.

This is another one of those SCAM #'s that get your number from "Google Businesses". If you've ever posted your Business info (phone, location, hours, etc.) on Google's free service for business listings, that is most likely how they got your number.

Most of these callers are scammers trying to get you to sign up for local biz listings (that don't exist, aren't reputable, or not worth the money). Some callers just call so they can confirm your number is indeed for a business (so they can add it to their database for telemarketing). Sometimes scammers will pose as a representative for Google, wanting you to update your information (and phish for more than you originally posted).

***Google will never CALL you to confirm the info in your free listing. They only send emails to the account you registered with, or send you an actual letter in the mail.

I just had a call from this number as well. He asked for the CEO by first name and I told him he isn't taking calls from Telemarketers and I hung up on him first.

They call my office line and ask for the owner and when asked to leave a message and number they just hang up. Just so annoying when you are trying to run a company and have to put up with idiots like this!!!!!

Same here, they called first telling me how great we are and just this morning someone dropped of the Google top 7 list. Then, before I could really play with her much she transferred me to some guy. I told him to take this number of his list and he had the nerve to say because we are a business the do not call list does not apply and he can legal call on us one time each day. Finally he said have a nice day but he will not remove us from his list and hung up. What an a**!!

I can hardly wait for the next call, I plan to take up as much of their time as I can before telling them where to go. Everyone else do the same.

I just got a very bizarre call from this number, the guy comes on and asks if I am the owner of a certain business. He never identifies himself, his English is not good, and when he does not get what he wants he suddenly hangs up. I immediately called my credit card company and asked that they be on the lookout for suspicious purchases. This guy is up to no good!

Called my cell phone, I could hear phone boiler room noise in the background, then they hung up.
How do you track down these people?

rude SOB called and demanded to speak to owner.  I told him we do no accept phone solicitations... to which he made rude comment and hung up.  DEFINITELY a SCAM!

for providing this information.  I will use it when I file the FCC complaint.  I tried to call them a couple of times but could not get a live person, only a recording...then I was disconnected, lol.  Maybe if everyone calls this *877* number, we can drive up their costs.

Just received call #3 from them today.  My caller id says the call is originating in Orange County Area.  The last call the girl on the phone laughed and hung up on me.  I tried to call the number back and instead got a recording that the number is out of service.  They are calling a business that I work for.  I can't understand why they are hanging up on people.  What is the point of this?  I will file a complaint with the FCC, but I have not found them to be very helpful with business numbers in the past.

This number keeps calling my work number (I own American Airport Service) I have tried numerous times to call them back from the caller ID & it says the number is no longer in service or it's forever busy. Please I want this to stop, they are tieing up the lines that a Customer could be useing to reach me. What nerve! Have no clue to who, what, where these people come from, what their about, what they want other then waste my time.

Same store as John.  Idiots trying to sell Google ranking that have no clue about what they do.  It is truly a scam company and you should just block the idiots number so you don't have to listen to their scams anymore.  Wish I had a nickel for all these scammers.  if someone calls you about google ratings it is a scam, period.  Block them or hang up on them.  They're just little immature children whos balls haven't dropped yet and can't get work anywhere else.

Same as everyone else. The first time or two I just let it ring 3 times and then picked up. By then the computer auto-dialer they are using assumes that a voice mail is answering and hangs up the phone. Since they kept calling back, I actually answered. Someone who sounded like they had a mouthful of marbles asked for the owner. I replied, "If I wasn't the owner, do you think that telescamming calls like this would actually get you connected with the owner? Welcome to the 21st Century, Dumb@ss." Then I hung up on him (or her. They really sounded like they were gargling rocks, so it was hard to tell their sex.). Maybe that will stop the calls. If not, I have a sports air horn, and I will let them talk to it next. What will they do, sue me? "Your Honor, I was making illegal telescamming calls and he deafened me!"
