Rec'd a call stating that this office has been trying to serve papers on me several times and was unsuccessful, that is for sure a bunch of bull, I have lived here for over 7 years and nothing ever came here.
I don't know who they are or what they want but if they continue I will be calling the FTC.

Steve called my employer and said he had a court summons to be delivered to my place of employment.  The number was marked as private. He gave a case number and phone number as James & Associates 7146602505. He said I was being sued and I have two (2) hours to call that number to hold off the summons. When I called the number it went to voicemail.

It came up private caller. Was advising they had court papers to 8e delivered along with a complaint #.
