How do we report this scammer to the do not call list? Has called twice this am already. Acts like he knows us using a common nickname for my husband (which my husband doesn't use).

This number called as "Out of Area"
When answered, there was no reply, just silence.
Muted phone, call disconnected.
Called back, I got a "this number is disconnected" message.
