Tired of them calling my home even when I am on important calls.  Enough is enough if I am not taking your call at 6pm trust me at 6:30pm and 7pm won't make a difference either.  Not interested still means the same thing NOT INTERESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what if it is a legitimate survey taker! I don't have the time or the desire to answer their questions so that they can profit from my answers. Are they surveying for themselves or more likely for an organization(s)which pays them for the collected data. They want data from me? They can pay for my time involved in providing it or they can kiss my a**!

Around 1255pm Pacific Time one your male employee called 425-450-4197 and said " you sound hot" and hang up from 714-682-8376.

I would want to know if my employees were making such calls so I took the time to contact you.  Please...

Please also remove Hilton Bellevue from your call list.

Don't know a number? Don't answer the phone. Anyone important will leave a message and you can choose whether or not to call them back.

The FTC (last I read) does not prosecute against those taking surveys. I too am in a similar boat with my cell phone. After much research on a survey caller's company (after I left AT&T) I asked to be removed from a calling list. They have yet to remove me from the list and I am pursuing an alternative.

This call is so annoying.....I told them several times to stop calling or I will report them....they stopped for about two weeks and now have started up again.....

Called saying they were from the VA and was very pushy for information.  Does not sound legit.  I am reporting this number to the VA and FTC.

They called stating they are from the VA but when I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, he hung up the line they do not sound legit

Called about my va connection multiple days in a row, did the link today for their do not call list and also told them to put me on their do not call list. they were asking information the VA would already have.  And when i did start taking the survey, they asked where my school was and i said online, and they asked me how to spell that city. Are you kidding me?  These guys seem far from legit.

Called wanting to speak to my underage son about his VA connection.  They would not talk with his Dad.

It is illegal in the United states for an organization to make any unsolicited phone call to a number where the person called is billed for the call.  This means they may not call a cell phone after being made aware that they number they are calling is a cell phone.

I do not know if muy knowledge of the law is still current but about 10 years ago,  you could get $2500 per violation if they break this law.

My advice,  tell them they are calling a cell phone, write down the first and last name of the person who called you, demand to know the address of the call center where the call originated from,  date and time of each incident.

Then if they keep calling you,  make some money by taking them to court.

calling every day sometimes three times a day and hanging up?  calling at 8:45 pm when the babies are in bed and hanging up? get a life and stop calling us!

your link to follow does not work. i do know that the do not call registery wont help with this certain group. however if you tell them 12 times not counting those you do not answer, to stop calling you,EVEN after you did their survey, you would think that they would quit. i remember one caller named STEVE. He is not happy and yelled at me, therefore how else can i stop the phone calls.

Fortunately I have a VOIP connection via my internet connection and I use Phone Power for those services. They provide a call usage log that shows all calls received and sent, thay also allow you block any callers you wish to. Sorta like having your own Do Not Call List...it works like a champ. So anyone that has broadband internet access can use their's or other VOIP providers. I save lots of money versus the traditional landline charges. Well thats how I control who calls and does not call me. Just my two cents.Good Luck!!

i am sure er surveys may be collecting beneficial information, but calling folks on holidays or weekends as early as 7:30 in the morning is not appropriate.  because of this we remove ourselves from their call list.

This is a lie, their "do not call list" only gets you MORE calls. They ignore your requests to stop. Received several calls and told them not to call everytime. The last time I told them a few choice words. Told him my number was private and dont know how they got it. And to take my number of their list and was told they do not have a list and that it was a ramdon call. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. Doubt it will help. but who knows

I have received calls from this number on both of my cells phones.  One cell phone they are talking about debit consolidation the other GI Bill benefits.  Definitely a scam!  Recommend blocking there number if possible if not then file a complaint with the FCC.  They call several times a day from 8 AM - 10 PM every two hours or so.
