This person said he was an attorney, and that I was going to be sued over an 8 year old credit card balance. Insisted that I was going to be served with court papers, but would not say which firm he was with, or his first name. Second time I called trying to get things straightened out, someone else answered, but did not sound very professional. "Mr. Lopez" came to the phone after about 30 seconds and was laughing with someone else before he said that he was going to "go ahead with the suit". I have read on other sites that this phone number, and a few more that closely match it, are just looking up your credit score, and going off of that.
