I called my phone company about this and several other phone numbers. What they told me was very interesting. They said the number that shows up in your caller ID is not the number they are calling from. So if you call the number back you're probably going to get a different company. I don't answer the phone if my caller ID says out of area unknown or private number.

Got a call from this number today.  Claimed they were "Guaranteed Solar associated with Solar City" calling to reduce my energy bills.  I asked if he had checked the National Do Not Call list before calling--he hung up.

Nearly daily phone calls from this company and they don't leave a message - called the number back and it answers but says the number isn't in service - but the message is NOT a phone company message - I am tired of being awakened by these jokers every morning - I work swing and they wake me up in the middle of sleep... on do not call list too.. Smart Energy?  Someone posted they work for this company and it's not them - hmmm..

The phone display showed GARDEN GROVE CA and this number. I let it go to answer but no message was left. That number is now blocked with *60.

They don't take NO for an answer.  Nor do they respect "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST"

Now they're calling my home #. The home # is on the DNC list, and its about as worthless as most of the Federal Gov't.

We are on a do not call list and still receive these calls.  We don't answer the phone if we do not recognize the number but it is very annoying.

I hate these people.  I get calls from them at all hours and when answered, there is nothing there... Probably robo calls.  When I dial the number back, I get the message that "you have reached a number that is not in service", so I think that reporting this number for harassment would be a waste of time since it is probably not the real number that is calling.

Home Energy TeleScammers Violating Federal and CA Do Not Call Registries. Half of their unwanted calls they do not answer, irritating and wasting time. Really dumb people that want understand NO!

I have been recieving occasional calls from from this number on an ongoing basis.  I never talked to them.  Recently I blocked all numbers from the 714 area code, so I won't be hearing from them or any other telemarketers in that area anymore.

My advice:  If anyone tells you they want to help you lower your energy bill, tell them that your energy bill is fine, but you really would like to lower your duck bill!

Fight Back,,,,Smart enegry telemarketers will not stop calling. I have filed complints with Do NOt Call to  avail. I have asked them 7 times to stop calling. I called the owner of the company Andrwe Gold on his cell phone. I spoke with and  I told him I will call him everytime I receive another call from this company.  He seemed surprised to get a call from on a Saturday afternoon.

Telemarketer trying to sell lower cost energy solutions.

Smart energy... not a bright group of telemarketers.  I have said I wasn't interested  on 5 occassions. They continue to call although I have asked them to stop and take me off the call list. I have filed  DNC complaints.  Clearly not working.  Thsi number is not the actual call back numeber.  What a waste of time and money to continue to call people who do not want your service.  They are rude, it is just harrassment. Will now have to block them with my phone provider.

Non-stop harassment from the these "energy saving" solar scammers. If they were really interested in "energy saving" they would stop wasting electricty annoying consumers with their bogus offers. Number blocked.

THESE PEOPLE CALL ME EVERY SINGLE DAY AT 2:30.  I'VE ASKED TO BE REMOVED AND THEY REFUSE TO DO IT!  THAT'S 260 CALLS PER YEAR!  THEYARE SO RUDE AND I TRY TO BE NICE BUT IT'S GETTING HARDER AND HARDER.

I'm more than sick of whoever this is, I want to know what I can do to stop their calls.  They have called every day for over a week now.  Stay on line long enough to register as a voice message than hang up.  So far have called twice today.  The first time at 1:00 PM leaving the sound of am emergency vehicle going by, then just now at 5:21, just empty air.  So frustrating that we can't stop this stuff.

Everyday I come home to find that I have had calls coming in from 717-705-4716.  If you call the number is continually busy even at 5:30 in the morning.  I am actually going to get rid of my land line.  I am tired of the constant calling

Got a call today from same number with the caller id V925133294900115 No one on the line when I answered HELLO I just hung up. Got 2 calls 1/2 hr apart using the Vnumber ID but different 714 number

Just received a call at 3:50 pm.  He said was with Smart Energy and wanted to help us to SAVE some money by installing......

Listened as it picked up and my message was starting.  Female voice said 'hello' then it hung up.

I work at Smart Energy USA in the marketing dept. and can assure we are not the ones making these calls. We don't solicit homeowners nor use the 714-705-4716 number. We normally advertise on magazines and online. We are investigating the matter and looking into having this resolved.

some Energy saving company that wanted to take a few minutes of my time to see if a federally funded program could help me. I informed them I was on the DNC list, and this was the 2nd time they have called me within one month.

Someone who identifies himself as Ivan Martinez keeps calling from SMART Energy in Garden Grove.  He calls on both lines in my house.

they called today and yesterday - some energy saving thing. Told them not to call us again and they did!
