Left a re-fi msg on my phone at quarter to midnight. Ridiculous. Can't call back to complain, the line is always busy.

got a call from this number on july 13 @ 4:32 pm central time when i answered it there was just dead air  i tried to call it back and i got a recording  " the number you have reached is not in service"

Got a call from this number several days in a row. The caller never left a voice mail. If you try to dial it back, it just goes into a busy signal.

Received a call Apr 17 @ 8:06 PM.  Caller hung up when I answered.

just got call from this number, a recording that my mortgage lender had approved me for something or other....I doubt it, the only mortgage holder i have is on our 42 foot diesel motor home and they don't have people call about their business. KB in central Florida July, 2010

Left a message about a loan i didn't apply for on a house i do not own

Got a call on 7/29/10 at 2:06pm CST.  I got a recording that said I was pre-approved for a re-fi on my mortgage.  It told me to press 1 to speak to someone.  I pressed one and waited on hold for 3 minutes.

When someone finally picked up the phone (a female who identified herself as Marcel), I stated that I wanted to be placed on the "do-not-call list" and that I wanted to ensure that I didn't receive any more calls from her company.  She hung up as soon as I told her this.

I called back on 7/30/10 at 8:41am CST, and the number was disconnected.

*I don't have a mortgage, nor have I ever had a mortgage.

Called my exclusive work phone and left a message about my mortgage.  I have never owned a home.  Must be a scam because my work number is for a very specific non-profit organization.

THese people constantly call my business number. Every morning you have a answering machine full of these messages.... Lower your interest rate.... Do you need stimulus money..... Free grants.... blah blah blah.

I didn't answer the phone and they didn't leave a message this time. But I called them back and get a number is not in service message. It is so frustrating running a busy business and getting 25-30 of these calls per day. The national do-not-call list doesn't cover bussiness numbers. :(

I just got the phone call and I was going to answer, but didn't and got a voice mail that didn't even have the full recording. Something about my mortgage, I went to google and typed in the phone number and saw these postings. I don't own a home either, I am 19 years old. I rent a house with my boyfriend and thats about it besides owning my car and still having it in my mom's name because I'm too lazy to switch it over yet.

Got several calls from this number. Receive a recording when I answer. I press 1 for a "rep" but am put on hold and nobody picks up. I do not even own a home or have a mortgage!!! When I tried to call back, I get a message that the number is not in service.

i saw that  i had a missed call and a new voice mail. i listen to my voice mail it was blank nothing was said. An everytime i call back it is busy.

This number called a business I work at and hung up when I answered the phone  - very annoying.

I have been on the do not call list for 50 days.  Today someone texted and called from this number.  I want it stopped NOW.  I am reporting this to the FTC and the FCC.

Like other people I got a message saying that my lender had pre-approved me for a lower interest rate and payments.  Rex came on the line and was not able or willing to tell me who my lender is.  Anything I said was answered with something like "Sounds like you don't think you would be approved".  I am on the do not call list and he asked for my phone # and agreed not to call me again.

Rec'd an automated (recording) at 7:10 p.m.  A female voice began a spill about a "homeowners stability plan' and I kept trying to interrupt before I actually realized it was some nut who could use a job doing something besides dialing my telephone!  My home is on the For Sale market and I thought she was calling in regards to it.
I am on the Do Not Call list, also have an unpublished number, but it seems that anyone can get any phone number and  call anyone at any time with no fear on reprimand in this country!  We could certainly use an enforceable law against all telemarketer and political insects (termites).  It's like trying to get an act of Congress to file a complaint with the FEDS, and when you do, about four months later, they send an envelope full of papers to be completed and returned, then about nine months later, one receives another notification stating that the caller  did not disobey any Federal laws.  So much for that.  I do have a block on my phone, so I just slide this number into the blocked  call list.
They usually get around it, like Windstream, by using another of their  many obnoxious numbers.

Im with you!! First a recording concerning my mortgage. Pressed one to get someone on the line. When the gentleman answered I kindly asked to be put on the 'do not call list' in which he responded by hanging up on me.
I dont appreciate the rudeness at all. I would love to hang him from the cord he called me on.

this is a scam for your mortgage company to get your financial information when your late on your mortgage payment

just got a call from this number. i pushed 1 and waited for someone to pick up. when the guy identified himself i proceeded to state that i dont own a home or have a mortgage. after many attempts to call back a message stated that the number i dialed was not in service.

here's my message to that guy who calls anyone else: if i find out who you are and where you are at, i will shove that phone so far up your a** you'll have the cord hanging out of your mouth.
