Hello Folks;
This is scam,
first, they  get people off the boat from India, than cannot even speak English to call you.
two. The solar panels costs are shy high, they claim they are free, but hit you up for as much as $ 15,000 to instal.
Three, the return on your investment will take 15 years to recover
four, Most Utilities, will not allow the hook up from your home to the power grid.
Take the call, tell them the solar panels are a scam and in California. PG&E, Southern Californa Edison and the PUC say this is a scam, and will not allow sale and install.

This 800 number is a scam don't call it. You wind up with more calls!

These people who ever they may be are annoying. They call day in and day out 7p.m. on the dot. Will not stop calling me! Super annoying.. I am on the do not call registry for a reason.

a guy just called from this number. I answered and he something about "homeowners" - and twice I told him to F___ Off.

Get a whistle and blow into the phone when they call and hang up.

Very rude.  I said "no thank you" 4 times.  The man attempted to argue and belittle me.  It's abusive.

Tell them

1. Smart One Energy is calling you repeatedly
2.  Smart One has not respected your request to be removed from its list
3.  Smart One is using Caller ID spoofing to prevent call blocking and screening
4.  Smart One is misrepresenting itself as calling from Washington Gas
5.  Smart One is claiming that it is Washington Gas and wishes to verify your account number in order to trick you into giving them your account number

Now calling from a yet another new, spoofed number.  page after page of complaints not just here but on multiple locations with different numbers :  Shows you what kind of business you'll be dealing with.  They hide behind fake numbers and refuse to remove you from their list.

Jerk calling was foreign, called me Ma'am despite my baritone, gravelly voice, asked my twice if it would be okay to switch from Washington Gas to their BS company.  Told him to F-off !

Oh I wish these telemarketers would go away!  Do Not Call = Does Not Work.  I called Smart Energy at 1 888  688 9415 as per another post here (Thank you The Truth) and requested to be removed from their call list.  As if that will do any good, but it made me feel better!

Tried posting this as a response to an earlier post, but it got listed in the back pages, so I've reposted it here.  Sorry for the duplication.  

I received another call from these crooks today.  They continue to harass us even after Andrew Gold's contact info was listed in this forum twice (thanks "Don't get angry, get even").  

I guess not enough of us have been harassing Mr. Gold and his family as he does to us.  I suspect the problem is when we call him our caller ID's give us away to him.  Confirming our personal identity to him, a known scammer, is risky and scary for many of us.  

The only safe way to harass him back would be to call him from a spoofed number like he does to us.  However, that requires a bit of technology most of us just do not have or understand.

We could spam him to death using a fake email from spamgourmet.com so our real email is not displayed to him.  Maybe that can work for some of you.

Anyone have another idea how we can easily harass him without giving ourselves away?

Call to my voice mail only landline number: {11 seconds of silence} "You have been kicked from this conference."

No idea what this was about.

keep calling, have not answered the calls.  hang up after 3 rings.  after reading all posts, i do not want to answer.

Has called three days in a row. Same phone number but different ID. Never leaves a message.

My daughter answered a call from this number. The person asked if she was in Canada.  What time is it. Is her mom or dad home.  Why wasn't she in school. She ended up hanging up on him.

The Smart Energy gang is now using (714) 333-1308. I've added it to my blacklisted numbers.

Daily calls from number, no message and when try to call get fast bzy or nothing, no rings just dead.
