Who is the owner?

I got this same spam text from a debt consilidation company - on another site, it was suggested it came from a cbeyond line. I contacted cbeyond and the abuse dept said it was actually an at&t phone number it came from.  I reported this to abuse@att.net so hopefully they will address it.

I've received two text messages from the same phone number. I plan to report them to the FCC. Just identifies itself as debt resolution program.

i find it absurd that a company can now send you a text message to bother you as opposed to simply calling you. I pay for the text messages on my phone..... it feels like a violation of rights.... how are companies able to do this?

Debt Collector Text Message.  Haven't a clue as to who texted me.  Want it to stop.
