Who is it?

What happens now I just received  notice with my payroll Department of  a withhold of earnings form. I was told to call this number but they arent allowing me to do payments since the garnishment is going through. I called an attorney and was told there is nothing I could do because the garnishment has already been placed. Does anyone know what i do next?

They are a bottom feeding collection company.  They play games with who answers the phone.  Not licensed in most states and are not licensed to practice law in most states.  They use this tactict to get you to call them back.  Which they then try to leverage into a settlement, or more scare threats.
I just gave them the name of my attorney and told them I was represented.  That per state law (my state and their state) they are now legally required to communicate via my attorney.

I just received the same exact phone call from a man named Alex.....sounds fishy

I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE NAME LUCY SAID SHE WAS FROM CONTRACTED FROM LEGALSUPPORT SERVICE.TO DELIVEL A SUMMON TO APPEAR TO ME AT THIS  I NEED TO CALL 714-798-5298 TO RESCH  FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN 24 HOUR IF NOT  THEY WOULD BE FORCE TO GIVE THE INFORMATION VERIFY OF EMPLOYMENT AND ISSUSE THERE IN MONDAY  4/11/11..
