The number 714-799-2230 started calling my cell phone several months ago asking for a man named Albert Sanchez.
My grand mother has a family plan and she added me to it and that is how I got the cell phone number. I keep telling them that I do not kinow anyone by the name of Albert Sanchez but they call several times a day.
My grandmother is going to call them and see if she can put a stop to it.

This company seriously sucks. My EX--mind you EX husband has or had a loan through them and they keep calling ME! Even though I have given them every peice of info I have on him and telling them to quit calling me. I live in a different town and have no contact with him whatsoever! ANNOYING (hopefully they will go under with the rest of the banks)

This is a finance company that makes loans on automobiles, possibly other stuff. The call may be for a legitimate loan, but they are SOB's to deal with, calling multiple times each day a payment may be late or sometimes even after a payment has been made (before they get the message that it was made). What irks me most is that they call my cell phone but will not leave a voice message; the latest, greatest from them is to leave some text message which merely gets deleted unread! If a payment is not made on the due date, they start calling at due-date:01!!!

You may not want to list your home phone number on these types of websites. Especially when listing your name.

By law and according to the fair debt collection practices act, they are legally allowed to call you at your place of employment. The next time they do, tell them that according to the FDCA they are violating the law and if they do not stop attempting to contact you at work, you will report them. You can look up the Fair Debt Collections Act online and find out exactly what they can and cannot do to collect a debt. Good luck.

You can stop those calls immediately by asking them to validate the debt. That means you ask them to validate to you, in w5ritging why you owe them the debt. If they do not provide validation they cannot legally attempt to collect the debt. The validation request should include the total amount they say you owe them, who the original creditor is and when the debt was assigned to them. Been there, done that and the debt disappeared!

they call until you pay at least twice a day. I have repeatedly asked them not to call me at work but they do it anyway.

I began receiving numerous calls per day from this number a couple of days ago. When I answer, there is no one on the line. Once I received a recorded message to hold on for an important message. I terminated the call. If I don't answer, no message is left.

This number started calling my cell phone yesterday - they called twice. I answered each time and there was no one at the other end so I hung up. They called again today - twice - I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. This is just completely ridiculous and I hope they stop calling me and everyone else they're harrassing.

This is a debt collection company that will call and harrass you into setting up a payment plan for past due and charged off credit card debts(they purchase these debts for pennies on the dollar from the major credit card companies and anything they collect is theirs) Even if the statute of limitations to collect the debts are already up-they will still call you. Do not talk to these people unless you want to be harrassed-if you talk to them they can report your debt as current on your credit report and the statue of limitations will start over again.

This caller will call and only request to speak to the person they are calling for, Only if the phone is picked up. If the phone is not picked up on, they will call numerous times (8-10 times estimated) all day from 8am through 8pm everyday. And if they hit a message machine and or voice, they do not leave a message.
| michael ramey 2008-03-11 19:58:40 Debt Collector |
this company has been calling the home phone 702-567-8142 for 3 months. i have told callers repeatedly that michael ramey is not home before 5 pm and to stop calling during the morning/day. the very next day they called the house 3 times before 11 am. the calls went on like this for weeks. finally they called on a weekend ( 3/8/2008 ) last weekend in fact and spoke with michael directly. It was during that phone call that they found they were HARRASSING the wrong family all together. they were looking for a michael with a different middle name, different social, and in a different city. they told michael they were sorry and would take us off their calling list. a man just called today at approximately 12:40 and when he was told the same story as above and that they were supposed to take us off their lists he began to get beligerant with me and argue with me about the time of day and the specifics on exactly where my city was located. I want these scumbags to stop harrassing me.
