caller ID says Transfirst Corp. didn't answer because i was on a LEGITIMATE call. i googled Transfirst Corp and they do the same thing as other credit card processing services - FOR TWICE THE COST THAT I PAY NOW. of course i'm in the process of switching to a pay-as-you-go service. that will get rid of the monthly cost.

This company is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've asked each time to remove our # and they just become rude to staff. Why would we even entertain the notion to do business with you if you act like this out the door? TOTAL scam. Asked to speak with a manager and he was condescending and wouldn't remove our number from their database.

Bobby Padilla stop calling us - stop pretending you do business with us - you don't and this is old.

Bobby Padilla with Trasnfirst repeatedly calls us and is rude to our staff when we say we are not interested in their services. When I asked to speak with a manager (I had requested over three times that they do not continue to contact us), the manager was condescending and rude as well. Useless scam of a company.

Transfirst Corp regarding merchant accounts.  Actually a live person.  Was actually a nice person on the phone, but we shall see how many times he calls back.  I have asked to be removed from their list.  This first time I asked nicely.  Call me back and see what happens!  Bottom feeders....we deal direct with our local bank.  That way, I can find them if I need to talk to them.  Not like some merchant accounts where you get a sales person and then can never get ahold of anyone ever again when the fees scream thru the roof.  

Sales call, asking for copies of our companies credit card statments. heck no!

Very rude!!!....I asked Rene to remove me from his call list and his response was "no I won't" and hung up.

Two days in a row I have received a voicemail "This is Rene with Transfirst, please call me at 714-827-7000 x 326", that's the entire message. Because the caller did not leave any details and being suspicious I checked the number and found other remarks about this.  I will not be returning their call.

Called and to tell me he was from Crate & Barrel and to confirm a delivery of my order but caller ID said it's
'Transfirst Corp' and he asked for a Sue then hung up on me after I told him this was a business - which he KNEW when we answer the phones stating the company name.

Calls all the time and usually an automated message, or calls trying to fish for information. Cant find a way to block them

Weasels call repeatedly.

This company needs to stop calling. They are annoying, persistent, and rude! Renee (a guy) keeps calling from Trans Corp about merchant service accounts and keeps asking to speak to our accounts payable. I know for a fact he has called several times a week for the past 2-3 weeks and yet he claims this is the first time he has ever called. Bull! We try to be nice but once we get angry all he does it hang up and refuses to put us on the do not call list. Well he can wait until we file a harassment suit against his company.

This # has called my work phone 7 times in the last 4 business days without leaving a message.

Unsure who they are and why they are calling so many times.

I received a message from 'Tina' at Transfers Corporation. Seemed sweet but thanks to this forum I won't call back.

I got several calls from this number since friday, with two messages left - live ones from a guy named "John Greco."  What surprised me was that the messages were live.  I would never do business with any company cold calling, not leaving a company name and reason for the call. Especially a credit card processor.

Received a call from this # today; said they were "service providers" for Visa/Mastercard.   Glad I let it ring to voicemail.

They don't read these messages - they are for people who get calls from them to check out and see who is calling.  You are an idiot if you think telling them to stop calling is going to work.  Take them to court for violation of FCC DNC regulations - then they'll still call you.

I just received a call from Steve Hain with TransFirst Corporate and stated that he was calling about our merchant services account and I needed to call him back ASAP at 1-714-827-7000 ext 226. We do not have an account with them and after reading these posts we never will. Thank you for all of the great information.

This corparation Transfirst corp. keeps calling me. They called four times in a row even after they were asked not to calland told that we were not interested.

Same here.  Do not take a call from these people.  Ruthless and rude.

Thanks for the heads up!  The message they left sounded bogus, so I thought I would check them out before calling back.  They will not be receiving a return call from me.

They called the automated line for our company.  Every time they call, no one is on the other side!  I left the phone off the hook and it never did hang up.  Just silence.  If you can't even at least say something, don't bother!

These idiots cold-called us "about your merchant account".

When asked if it was a sales call, he said "No, not at all -- it's actually just the opposite, it's a *savings* call!"

It was, of course, a sales call.

Richard called asking for a specific person in our company.  Not knowing I handle the merchant services, he told me he use to handle our merchant services and can offer a better processing cost then we currently use. Gave a specific date of working with us with an unknown ending date and a place of business of Colorado.  All of which is not true. This is one of the multiple lies Richard told me....  I would stay away from these people period!!  Good luck Richard and hope Karma bites you in the a** for your bs!  This type of cold call might have worked in the ice age, but good luck when we can look up your info fairly easy these days.

Joe from TransFirst Merchant Wholesale Processing left a voice message on our special extension for Junk Calls, a/k/a Telemarketers.  He wants to do an Analysis on our account, and we can reach him at 714-827-7000, Extension #314.  After reading reports on this site, we will not be calling back.

Thanks for all the information!  We have placed this number on our DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK LIST which now contains more than 400 phone numbers.

Received a VM from a Jeanie at this number (x327).  Considering the posts on this forum, I will NOT be calling her back.  Thanks for the heads-up, folks!
